AFter staying at many VRBO's we finally found a place to relax, enjoy and able to enjoy the nature around the property. In short, we have marked this as our preferred property to stay at when visiting family in the area.

The property was great. When the owner says no guests he means NO GUESTS.We were visiting our niece,but we also had friends staying one night at the base and we couldn't have them over for a short visit.The owner was very rude to them.,,

This Guest is one of the reasons we do not like 1st time renters. I have been doing this for 3 years and Guest all have the same House Rules to follow.This one wanted to take advantage of our 2 Guest Max Rule. Brought people over to do baking in the Guest House left the refrigerator with sticky stuff on the shelves,broiler pan not cleaned. Left for the day and front door standing wide open with a/c going. If a Guest talks to us in advance about a visitor we have always allowed a visit, we do not allow for just anyone coming to The Shed for your safety and privacy.Thanks in advance.

We loved staying at The Shed! The property was beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed fishing and birdwatching right in the backyard. The Shed was great; well appointed, immaculate and lovely.

The "SHAK" was perfect based on the amenities and the location. We sat out looking at the pond and the wildlife for hours on end. Plan on returning.

The property is well-maintained, on a pond with a dock and very quiet and relaxing. It's near Crooked River State Park and the St. Mary's River. Everything was extremely neat, clean and well supplied for little incidentals such as coffee, and cooking supplies

This one of the best stays we have had at a VRBO. The property is so beautiful and the owner was so accommodating too our needs. We definitely did not want to leave. We plan on going back to this property.. We also enjoyed that it is so close to the boat ramp. We enjoyed several hours on crooked river and Cumberland island. We also enjoyed the pool after a day on the water. We really had a chance to relax :) The shed is top notch!!

Donald was very friendly and highly responsive. The shed was very clean, well appointed and cute. The yard and the view….. gorgeous!!! Peaceful and quiet….. so relaxing. Coffee on the patio watching the birds and turtles, and occasionally the goats across the pond. Perfect!!

Great place for a quiet, relaxing getaway

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay with Donald was. To say that he spoiled us would be an understatement. I only wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to go back!!

Hideaway gem

Our stay was great. Felt like we were in the middle of no where. The host was prompt answering any questions we had and was very friendly. We were staying there due to having repairs on our rv we live in and we had all amenities that we could want. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for a 4 star rating. But you know you were not to check in until 3pm. you showed up at 11:30.Then was upset because you did not read the directions on the home page or call me until you found the Shed . You had my number the whole time. I am upset that i gave you a 5 star when it should have been maybe a 3. You did not follow all the house rules and no i do not want to have you as a guest.
