Nice estate (the grounds). However, wifi barely worked which also meant no TV, minimal kitchen appliances (make sure to bring you own), not many extra sheets or towels (again, bring you own). A bit dates. Nice property (grounds are outstanding). Inside could use a bit of work. Very friendly for groups of people. Host was very nice.

Great party house, not luxury by any means. None of the outlets in the bedroom have power and there is no cooking utensils, pots, pans, ect. The floors are all cracked and broken. Also, the host did not provide any check in instructions or codes to get it, so be prepared to chase him down on how to get in. Most of the furniture is broken or stained, and one of the beds is held up with LVP flooring as a slat. Overall, great frat house, not at all a luxury vacation destination.

Khalid was a lovely host, he was available to answer any questions we had right up until the end of our stay. He also made sure to keep in touch to make sure that we had a smooth check in & that everything was in place in case we needed anything. The place was beautiful, clean & nicely kept; exactly like the pictures. It was a peaceful & lovely stay, will book again.

Beautiful Home, Breathtaking scenery!

Loved our stay here! We are from the US and stayed about 1 week on the property and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was super peaceful and train station is only 13 minutes away which was a perfect way to get to and from Toronto. The Guest House is very up to date and loved the heated floors! Canada is known for great weather so having a mosquito screen on the door was very nice and was perfect for when we wanted to let the wind in. Host was very welcoming and made us very comfortable being on the property. Overall it was a wonderful home and very beautiful property, will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting to get away!

Describing this house as a luxury villa is a huge stretch of the imagination.while it does sit on a beautiful estate like piece of property.The house itself is really run down.Broken windows that you can’t close with ripped screens.Flooring that is all breaten up,cupboards that didn’t open.The main entry door had such a huge gap under in we were constantly killing earwigs & bugs!!! The freezer door would only open 6 inches so you couldn’t get anything in or out of it.we were provided with 3 towels for 5 people for 3 days, no dish clothes,no hand towels or face clothes,no top sheets on beds.0 extra blankets or pillows.No coffee maker or toaster,I had to request those items & extra towels.The only plus was it’s location it was 10 mins to Canadas Wonderland & it was clean but if your expecting luxury this is not it!

Good potential Needs improvement

The best part of it is the size and the location. It could use some atmosphere some decor. The floors were cracked and could pose hazard. The door frame was not finished in one of the bedrooms. One of the curtains were ripped. The toilet seats were loose. There were no closet posts to hang coats in any of the bedrooms. Considering it was during the Christmas holiday season, it could’ve used some decorations. And more. No kitchen towels, no bathroom, hand towels, and face cloths. There were quite a few 10/10 and I can’t believe those people were at this place.

The house had several bugs and there were dead bugs along the The baseboards. The windows have wall paper taped up to them no real shaded, blinds or curtains, and that dosent cover the entire window there is a portion left uncovered. The couch and the rugs could use some cleaning the eents do not have any type of covers or tops on them, just left uncovered. The coach, bed linen and the throw carpets needs cleaning, the remote door does not reset if you fail to put the correct code on 3 times, screen doesn’t capture input well. Do not stay here

Our stay at this property, listed as an “Estate Luxury Villa,” was the worst rental experience my friends, husband, and I have ever had. The listing was completely misleading..: this is not a luxury estate, but a poorly maintained house divided into multiple units with undisclosed other people living on the property. While the land itself is beautiful, the actual home was anything but. When we arrived, the home was 13°C (55°F) while it was 2°C (35°F) outside. It took four hours of blasting ineffective heaters to barely reach 16°C—well below Ontario’s legal minimum of 21°C for rentals. The property manager insisted they had “high quality heaters” in the floor and room but we never saw them be effective. We were forced to wear jackets indoors just to prepare for the event we were attending. The property itself was unclean, unsafe, and incomplete. The couch was filthy, the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, there were holes in the ceilings, and many fixtures were loose. The toilet seat didn’t fit and was so poorly attached that someone nearly fell. The fridge wasn’t cold, and there was no hot water for showers. This property is a complete misrepresentation and fails to meet even the most basic standards. Avoid it at all costs. I am shocked that VRBO allows a property like this to remain on their platform at all.

Not as described

While the property is spacious and the view is beautiful, the house itself left a lot to be desired and lacked basic needs. There were no clean towels when we arrived. There were no kitchen towels, paper towels, or hand towels in the entire house. There is minimal equipment in the kitchen. There are some plates and mugs with just a few pieces of silverware. There was one small skillet but no pots or pans. The shower in one bathroom leaked and left a large puddle in the floor of the bathroom whenever someone used it. We let the property manager know but got no response before we left. The pictures on the listing are NOT the same house. The cabinets and lay out are different and many of the handles and such were very poorly put on. The dishwasher literally fell out on us because there were no screws to install it. Neither toilet seat was properly installed and moved when you sat on it and both toilets were loose. There were bugs everywhere. Silverfish crawled in every room and we killed a lot. There were also fruit flies that we never figured out where they were coming from. We had to ask for check in instructions and still didn't have them when we arrived. We had to call the owner who sent the property manager over after a few minutes to let us in, but it still took some time to get our own code to the door and the wifi information. There was one smoke alarm sitting on top of the fridge when we arrived that we placed higher. Would NOT recommend this place.
