Regarding the dirt on the window sill, had this issue been brought to my attention, I would have addressed it immediately. As for the blinds, I've received mixed reviews from guests about them, so I appreciate your input, and I'll consider it moving forward. Concerning the internet issues, I understand how frustrating that can be. The provider was indeed experiencing problems with the entire building. I contacted them as soon as I was aware, and they were dispatched the next morning to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, these types of problems are sometimes beyond my immediate control, but I did everything I could to ensure it was fixed promptly. Throughout your stay, I made it a priority to be attentive and responsive to all your requests, and I hope that effort was apparent.
