This house was absolutely adorable and spacious. Such a beachy cottage feel that was a dream. Loved that we were steps away from the beach and very much appreciated the beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc.., that were there. The kitchen had just about everything you needed. The outdoor shower was very convenient for after the beach. I loved that we were walking distances of so many restaurants and coffee shops. Loved being by the night life but also had peace & quite at the house. Definitely will be staying here again. It felt like home!

We have been coming to Mission Beach our whole lives, 40 years and this was by far the best rental we have ever had. The location is absolutely ideal, the house is bright and airy but also so cozy and well cared for. It really shows how much love the owners have put into it. Such a great vibe the second you walk in. Beds are comfy, fluffy towels, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room for my husband and me with our 2 college aged kids. We had one of the best weeks ever. Will definitely be back to this gem!

Loved that we had plenty of supplies. The Windemere Court is a delightful walkway. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Visitors and locals all seem friendly. And the famous Mission Bay Boardwalk is only a few steps away. Very clean. Great VRBO and great communication! It’s a fun area. I loved the three levels. Lean out over the balcony and there’s the ocean and beach on one side and the bay on the other.

What a lovely sweet property. The feeling of being in a home versus another cookie cutter place was amazing. Location! Excellent- off street parking amazing! Our family had such a memorable weekend in your home as our eldest graduated USD. Having a washer and dryer that was heaven. Only items we missed a hone for the knives and we would love to have had a safe for jewelry etc. These are truly minor items. I have to say one of the best we have ever stayed.

Great beach stay

My granddaughter and I made some special memories at our stay. The property was perfect for us and the location was good proximity to San Diego sights. All amenities were as described and we would definitely come back again.

Perfect Place!

Our stay at Windermere was perfect. The accommodations and location was great. You can walk or take public transportation anywhere you want to go. We loved being so close to ocean as well as Mission Bay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, clean, cute place. It was close enough to the action that we could walk to shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we were not bothered by drunk spring break kids. The beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach amenities where very welcome. We loved the patio and decks...and the fire pit was so nice at night. One suggestion is to install blinds on the skylights in the upstairs bathroom. Not having a real oven was a bit challenging, but we made the microwave/convection over work. We really enjoyed our time here and would totally return...it is so warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing!

Perfect Beach House!

This beach house was perfect for our family of six! Perfect location, less than a block to the beach. Decorated beautifully, immaculate, fully stocked, lots of beach chairs, boogie boards for the kids, volleyball, etc. Communication was the best! Would highly recommend!

Perfect summer getaway

This is the PERFECT location. Nice neighborhood just steps from beach and neighborhood restaurants, and less than 20 minute drive to main San Diego tourist attractions. Clean and cozy home with plenty of space for a family of 5 to relax and enjoy the space either inside or outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

What a fantastic home in the perfect location for all of the sights we wanted to see. The neighborhood is great, very walkable and steps to the beach. It’s quiet at night and despite being in the heart of things. We had two adults and one child, and it was a great fit for us. We would stay here again!

Ocean and Bay area

Great place to stay with family. Plenty of space to be together, but also to have our own space, such as having 3 bathrooms! Very short walk (less than 2 blocks) to both the beach and bay. Place was clean, and being able to use the garage was a plus!

Wedding Trip

The property was the nicest VRBO we have rented. Large kitchen made it easy to make meals at home. Beds, pillows and couches super comfortable. Very clean and had every thing you need for a good stay. The fireplace was an extra bonus since it was quite chilly!

Comfy home in a great location

Our multigenerational family had a great stay in this lovely home. It is close to so much, but far enough from the boardwalk that your peace and quiet won’t be disturbed. The management company couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful as we dealt with some travel logistics. We would love to return soon!

Perfect location!!

This house is ideal and gives everyone the personal space they need. The location to the beach is perfect - a beautiful short walk and you are there. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and a very nice drive into La Jolla or San Diego. It was clean and quiet. :) Loved it!

Mission Beach gem!

This was a super warm and comfortable beach stay for our family. The location of a primo-very short walk to the beach as well as innumerable restaurants and services. The house was ideally suited for a group-inviting living spaces and gathering spots, plenty of towels and beach supplies, soft and lovely sheets. We will reflect back on this trip with much happiness!!

Family vacation

The home is a short walk to Bay and just steps away from beach. We enjoyed patio and beach daily. Our family rented bikes just down the street and enjoyed many bikes rides to local eateries, and cruising the boardwalk. Home is clean and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with many amenities
