Summary:

Prime location just steps to the beach and beautiful Mission Bay! You'll love the views from one of the three balconies, especially the third story, ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. Fully Furnished 3 bed/3 bath located just steps from the sand.



The Space:

This 3bd/3ba house will comfortably sleep 7 people (max 10). The downstairs floor has one bedroom with a large king size bed, private full bathroom, and can be closed off from the rest of the home if needed. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the second bedroom.  It has a queen bed, and a bunk bed. The third, and top floor has a larger bedroom with a queen bed, a queen futon bed and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub.

The home is ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Mission and Pacific Beach.   Located in the fun and unique beach front community of Mission beach, this private 3-story home is the perfect spot for your next luxury getaway. You can't beat the location! In addition to the beaches, the home is just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district and Convention Center.

We had a lovely stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided; beach towels/chairs/umbrella/toys, bathroom products, dishwashing liquid/pods, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, extra toilet paper, trash bags. These little touches made our trip much easier and avoided extra trips to the store for basics. The house is three stories, 3 bed/3 bath which offered plenty of space for 6 of us, but it was a bit challenging for my elderly parents to navigate. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and relaxing, though an umbrella on the top deck would have made it even better. The gas grill worked well, but the drip pan could use a thorough cleaning to help prevent grease flare ups.The outdoor shower had a slightly precarious design and some loose tiles that could use attention. Inside, the couch could benefit from a shampooing, but overall the house was very clean which is most important to us.Despite a few minor opportunities, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The location is a brief walk to the Ocean Front walk and is near plenty of restaurants and beach access.

Great location. Well stocked kitchen with a brand new stove and (I think) fridge. The ice maker was super handy. Beds are super comfortable. The rooftop balcony is lovely in the early mornings and evenings. Loved having access to the 2-car garage.The only negative is the bath/shower combo in the upstairs bedroom - super awkward! Because the blinds would not close (cord was completely broken) and the window is not a privacy window, I had to sit down in the tub to shower.

Even Better Than Advertised

The house was just a short walk to the beach and the surrounding shops and restaurants. Having the garage made it easy to get in and out to attractions around San Diego. We enjoyed having plenty of space and being able to hang out with our grown kids.

Graduation at the Beach

The property was as the description said. The location is perfect for everyone and everything. Traveling with a baby can be a challenge but this VRBO had all the baby gear needed to enjoy the week but travel light.

Location, location, location. Perfectly situated just south of Pacific Beach area so restaurants and shopping were nearby, but we were still in the quiet Mission Beach neighborhood. The house was clean and offered plenty of space for 5 of us to spread out during a week of less than ideal beach weather. Having a garage available to park our vehicle was a great convenience, because nearby street parking is not guaranteed. Finally, Barry and Ciara were great hosts. They were responsive and friendly whenever we reached out.

Everything we needed right where we wanted to be!

This is a fun, well-used home in the midst of the mission/pacific beach areas. Had three generations of family with us and all were kept occupied and happy. Plenty of room for 2 compact vehicles in garage and plenty of room for the family on the three levels. We used both decks and the patio extensively. Quiet area at night.We like to leave some criticisms to be fair — here we’d just say that the 3rd floor pillows on the queen bed were woefully inadequate!! Not much more to complain about than that!!This was a get-away trip for a grandpa with terminal cancer who happens to be writing this review. This home provided a wonderful base for our adventures in the area and has created many fond memories. Thanks!

No need to use car

We had everything we needed or wanted within walking distance. We appreciated the bikes and beach gear, including beach towels! We loved the location, The bathrooms on each level, and the kindness of the hosts. We are planning to return next year.

Excellent location and wonderfully stocked

The house is decently spacious and in a perfect location. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the patio. There are two huge patios and one smaller deck. The kitchen was stocked well and we had all that we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us since we had our three young kiddos. Everything was wonderful and I hope to stay here again!

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Enjoyed the bedrooms being on separate levels for privacy, the balcony and large upper deck with ocean views were so lovely. Great spot for morning coffee. This location was close enough for driving to tourist destinations, and an easy walk to the boardwalk for ocean and people watching. The homeowner provided a list of their favorite nearby restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed this home.

The location is excellent. The property was well-stocked with everything needed. Arrival and check-in was very easy. An excellent property overall. Owner did not respond through VRBO messaging but once provided personal cell was provided they responded.

Beach Fun!

Fantastic! 2 car garage was very convenient, since the few public parking spots near the beach are taken early. Very roomy and comfortable home, where our whole family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children enjoyed each other’s company on the 2nd floor living room and kitchen. Location is awesome, 2 minute walk to the beach, with loads of restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. Also, having full baths in all 3 bedrooms, makes it very convenient. We all enjoyed our stay very much!

Great location and property with everything you need

Loved this property right on the border of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach! Quiet block but steps from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had 7 adults and plenty of room to spread out. Loved the outdoor area on the top floor.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property and like the first it didn’t disappoint. Ciara was very helpful and attentive when we needed anything. Just maybe let future guests know not to leave stuff on the patio.

Great Beach House

We stayed in this home with our family! Great location, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need and 2 sets of washer and dryers! (BONUS) The 2 bikes were great and every beach toy and chair are there for you to use. Nice and clean and comfortable. Would definintley stay here again!

We were first-time VRBO users. for this trip. Owners were very helpful with all of our questions and very responsive to our needs. Great property in an excellent location. We could easily walk everywhere in PB! Overall. a great experience and fun trip!
