Our Beach Bungalow was totally remodeled and is basically new construction - new walls, new floor, new kitchen, new bath! This 2 bed / 1 bath home is situated on a lovely little street in Milford’s Woodmont area. Our inspiration for this Bungalow comes from the surf shacks in beach towns around the world.



This Bungalow features:



Open Floor plan for living room, dining area and work area (with desk and chair).



2 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses (1 queen bed and 1 full bed).



Full bathroom with standing shower, bench seat and fully tiled.



Modern kitchen, fully stocked and stainless steel appliances.



Dining table with seating for 6.



Living Area with Smart TV, Netflix and free Wifi.



Private back porch with seating and outdoor shower.



Fire pit (please note - we do not provide supplies).



Parking - there is a spot directly in front of our house and one spot in our driveway in the back of the property. Please do not park in front of any other neighbors' homes : )



This property is ideal for a small family or group (max capacity is 4 unless otherwise agreed upon).

YALE GUESTS - We are only 10 miles from Yale! We have hosted professors, students, prospective students and parents who all want to be close to New Have but experience the quieter side of Milford.

The entire house is available and access is through the front door and electronic keypad.



The Neighborhood:

This is a lovely little community in Milford - Woodmont! We are a little beach community - blocks from Anchor beach with friendly neighbors and walkable streets.



Getting Around:

We have street parking but please only use the space directly in front of our property or in our driveway. Please do not park in front of any other neighbors' homes.



Other Things to Note:

This is a lovely little beach community! You will always see friendly neighbors out and about. Anchor beach is just a few blocks away and you will love the walk along the water and the million dollar properties overlooking the Sound.



Landscapers - every other Saturday in Spring and Summer our landscapers come to cut the grass, typically mid morning. They are in and out in 10-15 mins : )
