Located just 4 minutes from the interstate in a quiet and safe neighborhood, easily access the property with a self check-in keypad before pulling into your private 2-car garage. Your family will enjoy plenty of space and fun activities. The Chef-style kitchen includes a 5-burner gas cooktop, double oven, large refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and plenty of cookware and dishes for those big dinners. A cozy sitting area is located near the kitchen for a comfy conversation over coffee or tea. The formal dining room boasts a sophisticated dining table that comfortably seats 10.

The large den is designed for family fun with a standard size pool table, hanging scrabble board, 55" smart tv, and a record player. The back patio offers a comfortable patio set and charcoal grill. Grab a beach towel from the basket on your way out the backdoor before taking a dip in the saltwater pool. The pool area has lounge chairs for enjoying the sun after taking a splash.

After a great day with family and friends, unwind in privacy with 6 bedrooms to choose from. Each bedroom has a queen size bed so no one is getting stuck in a top bunk! Two bedrooms are located downstairs. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two vanities, shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The other bathroom is near the kitchen and worth the walk to experience the ultimate shower complete with a rain shower head and body sprays. Four large bedrooms are upstairs and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The first bedroom to the left has a choice of sharing an upstairs bathroom or the fancy shower downstairs but don't worry because you get your own balcony overlooking the pool!

Important pool safety information: The pool depth begins at 3.5-4 ft with a deep end of 8 ft. No diving is allowed. No lifeguard is on duty. Children must be monitored by an adult at all times when in the backyard. A 6ft privacy fence surrounds the backyard including the pool, therefore all parts of the backyard are considered the pool area. The pool is maintained weekly at minimum. The diving board and slide have been removed from the pool area for safety. Updated pool pics coming soon.

For your comfort the home has 2 thermostats downstairs and 1 thermostat upstairs. The nest thermostats can be controlled by sliding your finger up and down on the right side of the circle. An 80 gallon gas water heater supplies hot water. For our guests' safety, we have removed the key to the gas fireplace from the premises. Therefore, you will not be able to turn on the fireplace in the den.

The property was as shown on picture. Spacious and great as we had a graduation and hosted all of the out-of-town guests after the ceremony and the night before. Very comfortable setting and great outdoor area. Would definitely stay there again and if you have many guests this is the place to stay.

This is a great LARGE house! The rooms Sneller spacious and comfortable. The pool was also great. It was a great spot for our group to stay together! Quiet and comfy and close to everything. Definitely recommend! Zero issues the whole stay.

This is our second stay in this wonderful home. We come to West Monroe once a year for a week of music camp and have stayed in several different places. After finding this lovely gem we quickly booked our next year and will be booking our third stay very soon. The layout is great for sharing with another family. Nice big bedrooms and the dining room table is perfect for our whole group. I love how well stocked the kitchen is and let's not forget the fact there's a pool. Summer in Monroe is brutal and this pool was a life-saver. 10/10 all around enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is a very spacious house. Our group was very comfortable. The host answered my questions in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, but it looked very clean and refreshing. The house could use some repairs and cleaning. Attention to flooring, vents, and showers are much needed.

Great Family reunion house!

The house worked perfectly for us. The six large bedrooms with four large bathrooms accommodated our group of seven adults. We were out and about all day and back at the house in the evening relaxing while enjoying everyone’s company. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, the pool table, and the board games.

Loved this place. It’s rare you find a dining room that is that accommodating! The pool was an awesome added bonus. The kids really appreciated the family room space. It was perfect for our large group.

The most spacious home we’ve ever stayed in. In the very best way, this felt like the Brady Bunch house - family friendly and well taken care of. The owners were responsive to any questions or concerns, and did everything they could to make our stay fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Great location and welcoming property

We were in town for a family funeral and the property was a great place to relax and grieve as a family. Lots of room. Kids enjoyed the pool but wish the weather would have been warmer for the adults to be brave enough to join them.

Great house for big family!

Overall, everything was great! Awesome pool, outside space, and family room! Some supplies like laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, and soap in bathrooms were lacking, but you can always ask host before you go or be prepared to bring/get supplies. Walmart was less than a mile away so no worries!

Perfect for what we needed!

Was in town for a 10 day livestock show with family and friends. Home was perfect for us! It is spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone! Pool was so nice to have to cool off in! Check in and check out process was so easy! Excellent communication from the property owner. Close to everything you need but located in a quiet neighborhood. If we are in need of a place to stay in West Monroe again, we’ll definitely book again!

Great space

We had lots of space to hang out! The home was conveniently located. The owner manager was quick to respond and take care of questions and concerns. The property was clean; the carpets and bathrooms were a little worn. The yard was great, though it was raining and chilly for our visit so we didn’t use the pool which was large! We had a great time, and would stay again!

Family reunion

Ceiling fans had motion detectors, pool needs cleaning, overall cleanliness, mold shower curtain, no mirrors. Hot water limited for large group. The location is excellent and property manager very responsive to needs.

Myself and our cleaning group strive to provide an excellent and clean space for our guests. We have many great reviews commenting on how clean the house is. And many repeat bookings because our guests love the home. Please accept my apology for their being mold on the shower curtain. This has been addressed with our cleaners. The pool is maintained weekly. The house has an 80 gallon water heater. There are mirrors in each bathroom and large stand up mirrors in some of the bedrooms.

This house was the perfect fit our large family gathering. Thesix rooms in this house were big enough to accommodate all the family members that came from out of town. The kitchen was so big and equipped with a double oven which made it easy to cook for a large family with ease. With 4 full bathrooms, no one had to wait on one! There are also lots of gathering areas in this home, The back yard is so spacious with the pool being the icing on the cake, the children as well a s the adults loved it! The neighborhood is Lovely. The owner was very attentive and answered every question and concern immediately! We Loved It and couldn't ask for more! Thank you Mr William for sharing your Beautiful property!

Dirty and very in accurate on pictures

The first glance was an okay one but then upon realizing the home was an outdated dirty portrayal…..with tall stairs and no gate for the littles. The kitchen had a dirty sink, cabinets and such. There were not enough decent pots and pans to even cook pancakes. We had to run out at the last minute for breakfast. The walls were dirty. Beds not made up….more like making it after sleeping in it all night. I worried the sheets were dirty. The pool is falling apart on one side. There is no slide for the poo as shown in the pictures. There is not a set of stairs to help safely get out of the pool with. It was not a place I wanted my family to stay at. We left.

This review is grossly inaccurate. The house was clean for Tiffany and her family, linens were fresh and clean provided by a professional linen service, beds were made, the pots and pans are new and stainless steel. The pool has built-in stairs in the shallow end and a sturdy pool ladder in the deep end. Upon arrival Tiffany was pleasant, stated the place was wonderful, and requested a baby gate. I had a baby gate delivered to accommodate her request. The next morning she sent a disrespectful message and demanded a cancellation which I quickly accepted because I no longer felt comfortable having her as a guest. She sent multiple back-to-back threatening messages as I was on the phone with VRBO approving her cancellation and refund. After she received her refund she asked for a “favor” to return to the house to retrieve some items she left behind. I accommodated her request by gathering the items and leaving them on the porch for her to pick up. I do not recommend Tiffany to other hosts!

Public Review – West Monroe HouseOur group had a nice stay in West Monroe, and the property has a lot of potential. The pool was enjoyable, and the house is spacious, but there are several areas that could use attention to make future stays more comfortable.Some of the bedrooms felt a bit unfinished—one downstairs bedroom didn’t have a dresser or nightstands, and the primary bedroom only had a clothing rack instead of a closet. A couple of the mattresses need upgrading, and one ceiling fan wasn’t working. There were also some housekeeping details that could be improved, like cleaning the windows, floors, refrigerator, and organizing the kitchen.The den could use more seating for larger groups, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong throughout the house. Around the pool area, adding an umbrella and more chairs would make it more inviting. Safety updates such as mounted smoke detectors and a deadbolt on the back door would also give guests more peace of mind.Overall, we enjoyed our time here, but with some updates and attention to detail, this house could be an excellent vacation rental.
