The cabin was nice the water in the bathtub was brown not sure the owner can do anything about it but it was disappointing not to be able to use the bathtub

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Pancakes & Sausages. It’s a beautiful home with lots of activities for the family. Since the house is at the end of the street it gives a feel of seclusion. It was a little tricky to find the house because so many of the streets do not have signs, but if you follow the map in vrbo it was easy to locate.

Relaxing stay

The kids absolutely loved it. It is at a dead end road and quite. No problems with mosquitos or flies. great outdoor space. They could use some new cookware. what was available to use was really worn out but we managed.

Pros: The cabin is aesthetically pleasing. The outdoor area is beautiful. There is a nice slide and swings for the kids.The kitchen is adequate and the master bathroom is very pretty. Deer come on to the tree line of the property. Cons: The outdoor area was not cleaned up before we arrived, half eaten hotdogs on the ground, slime on the outdoor fire pit chairs. We came on unusually hot weather days for December over 75 degrees on first two days of our stay and air conditioner did not work at all would not cool the house even one degree. It was a sauna in the house, with two young kids tow that was quite miserable. The owner did send over maintenance, maintenance said there would be a service call put in for next day. No one came. Thankfully the weather changed drastically the next day and the their heater was not affected. So we stayed. However owner and property manager never checked in afterward or offered an apology or anything. Minor repairs are need to some of the railings on the staircase and toilet paper holders in bathrooms. All in all a pretty property but ran without any personal touch, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice location

The location of the house was nice which was located on a dead end road. The house was clean and welcoming, and the property manager did a great job. We enjoy sitting outside, and the outside furniture wasn’t the best quality and terribly uncomfortable, so that was a little disappointing. The master beds and pillows were comfortable, the mattresses in the bunk area and the living room couch were okay.

Wonderful Family Fun!

This house was so perfect for our family. Our 13 and 14 year old children loved the game room and swings. The house was very clean and on the end of the road where you feel secluded. We did see deer in the evenings in the driveway and they were not bothered by us! We would go back to this house in a heartbeat! We stayed 3 nights...we went kayaking and also rented a pontoon for some lake fun. We highly recommend this rental property for others!
