We have a Private Guard Gated Entrance, you dont need a guard, but if you want we one , we can get one for you.. the gate alone is huge and the retaining wall around the property is about 14 feet high, so no one is looking in...

We choose to Develop the Property here, because we are literally right in downtown Jaco Beach and we cater to VIP Bachelor Party Groups, so this location is perfect for the Party Groups because they can just walk back and forth to Cocal Casino and all the other local bars and clubs that are close to the Property .. also we are just about 3 blocks off the beach, and we are at the south end of Jaco Beach which is the best part of Jaco, super chill and great waves to learn to surf on , some fun beach bars, and lots of energy moving on the beach.. its fun.. !
