Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Located on a quiet street, with Harbour Town Golf Course just steps away, 35 Battery has a light, bright feel and an open, single-level floor plan. Upon entering the front door, a foyer leads guests directly into the living/dining room, which has cathedral ceilings and access to a deck overlooking the backyard and pool. A dining table with six chairs is the perfect spot for family dinners.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which has hardwood floors and granite counter tops. There is also a separate sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms are located on the other side of the living/dining room. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub, his and her sinks, and a separate shower. Sliding doors lead to a small private deck. The other two bedrooms share a bath, and one has a Queen bed while the other has two twin beds. A third full bath is located off the kitchen. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The spacious deck has plenty of seating, a gas grill, and an umbrella table for outside dining. Steps lead down to the pool area, providing guests with a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Relaxing retreat

This property was amazing! The house was immaculate and the pool area was shaded and had plenty of seating. The location was ideal for biking and the beach was only a short bike ride away. We will stay here again

The bedrooms sizes were very nice and the living space was perfect for our group. We also loved the pool and deck area. Our only issue was that the inside of the washing machine was very dirty. (minus the leaf blowers) 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The master suite was very nice. Nice seating and living areas. Quality furniture in good condition."Island Time "was very responsive to our needs. My only complaint would be that the motor on the pool filter is loud and this very much takes away from the relaxing backyard atmosphere. In fairness, I did not call to have this addressed. Based on the great service, I think this would have been resolved if I had called.

Beautiful Home, few things to note

The home was beautiful & well maintained. This property was easy to book & communication was well done. The neighborhood was gorgeous! Very spacious house. We enjoyed the master bath immensely! This was our first visit to Hilton Head, so there were some things we wish we knew in advance. I would say there isn’t any beach access within reasonable walking distance. Also, there isn’t any parking for VRBO guests at the resort beaches (only guests who book with Sea Pines). So you have to drive to the public beaches or ride bikes to the resort beaches. We had an infant & children with us, so biking was very difficult. You also have to rent bikes. You get a credit from a rental company when you book, but large families have to rent a lot of equipment. There is no beach equipment provided (such as chairs, towels, cooler, carts, etc). So be prepared to bring everything with you or pay to rent it. Guests who frequently visit HH most likely know all this, but I hope this helps guests who are first timers like us! Thank you.

Nice home with a bit to be desired

We come to Sea Pines twice a year and stayed this past week. While some upgrades have been made, several things have been overlooked for the price paid/ expectations of Sea Pines homes. One bedroom had curtains which is necessary in all bedrooms given the large windows- beautiful during the day but not at 6:45 every morning on vacation. Not a single beach towel at the home and while the listing could have said that- I am not sure- but I expect that as this is possibly the only home we have ever rented in 20 years that this was noticeably absent- we were by the pool using small bath towels on hot chairs. Ridiculous. Home had 4 washcloths for our family of 4 so laundry was daily which is also not preferred on vacation. Dishwasher placement in kitchen is so awkward unless you are left handed… also no fans or overhead lighting in any bedroom except the master. Seems like just in the middle of renovations maybe and not fully ready for rental. The angle of the picture the pool was taken from is very misleading as well. It was a nice pool but very, very small.

Mandy, Thank you for your feedback. Our owners are dedicated to maintaining the property in excellent condition. This home is not in the process of being renovated and is ready for rentals. We do not provide beach towels. Beach Towels can be rented. We provide all linen and bath towels at the property. We do apologize that there were not enough towels for you. If you had given us a call, we could have brought more over for you. We do call to check on your stay throughout and wished we would have been told your feedback while you were with us to turn your vacation around.

House Rental in Sea Pines Community

Very private, and yet close to everything: bike trials, restaurants, Sea Pines Beach Club (access to the beach), upscale living, beautiful community views, etc. The house was clean, was equipped with everything we needed, and it smelled very nice. We were close enough to the ocean, so we rode our bikes to the Sea Pines Beach Club (1.7 miles away) everyday, and was able to lock our bikes on the racks while on the beach. We rented (2) cruiser's, one with the cart combo so we could transport our beach items. I recommend that you not vacation in September, the pool water is too cold and the ocean as well. Book in July or August, and the water will be very warm. We have several complaints concerning charges. The were many.... To heat the pool, they wanted an additional $650.00, I feel that this charge was excessive. Why not charge $300.00 and roll it into the nightly rental cost spread out over the week, during the cooler months? Didn't appreciate being forced to purchase VayKLife rental equipment (180.00 cost, then they issue a $250 credit) but somehow you still pay about $50 when you reserve your items, so technically, you pay $230 ($180 + $50), and they give you $20 credit totaling the so-called $250 credit.The Hospitality Program ($129), we still don't know what was provided for this fee. Booking Processing 24 ($250.40), for what? For booking it online? Check with the agency and perhaps you can book directly with them over the phone without incurring that charge, not sure though. You're going to pay $389 for cleaning services. Damage waiver, plus travel insurance (if desired) and all the rest.... The property rental was $1729 for the week. When all the fees were added, it came to 3251.94. Like I said, there were many charges. With that said, we will still consider renting from them again, but will discuss some of the

Regarding the VayK gear, the credit is intended to offset part of the rental costs, with any additional rentals and delivery fees being the guest’s responsibility.
