Located in gated community called Palma Real is quiet and only a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Beach with its shops, beaches, cinemas and night-life, or a 10 minute walk. The complex has two pools, children's pool and playground. There is 24/7 security and two parking spaces in front of the villa. A small grocery store, several excellent restaurants and banks are around the corner.

The location of the rental was great. An easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and businesses. And there were several restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Condo was clean and well maintained. Two different pools on the property that were very convenient.

Hosting Donna was an absolute pleasure! Communication was consistently clear and courteous, and they showed great respect for our home. They adhered to all house rules and left everything impeccably clean. We’d be more than happy to host them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to other hosts.

The townhouse was immaculate and the community was clean and quiet. The unit was comfortable and kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped. Beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles. etc. were there for our use. The pool with the slide was a hit! We were centrally located, but it never felt like we were in the midst of hustle bustle. We definately would stay here again.

Hosting Susan was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Communication was smooth, courteous, and consistent, which made everything easy to manage. They took great care of our home, respected all house guidelines, and left the property in outstanding condition.
