Rent The Entire Mad House For Larger Groups. You can rent the entire Mad House if you have a large group, event or a Reunion. In total the Mad House has 10 Bedrooms, 10 Bathrooms and 3 pull out Couches for sleeping. There are 3 Kitchens, 3 Dining areas and 5 Living areas. As each unit is separate, you have the ability to have groups together while also allowing for some privacy between different segments of your group. There is a large shared Green-space out front with a fire pit for events and communal gathering.

Unit #1: This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, Orsini's, boasts an impressive 2,000 square feet of living space, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. What sets Orsini's apart is its single-level design, eliminating the need to navigate stairs and ensuring accessibility for all. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and marries Vermont barn aesthetics with contemporary amenities. The open floor plan creates a seamless flow between the full modern kitchen, wet bar, dining area, and living space. A 55" smart TV graces the living area, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Additionally, there's a separate den furnished with a sleeper sofa and another 55" smart TV, offering a cozy nook for relaxation. The living space includes realistic electric fireplace, complete with steam effects, adds a touch of cozy warmth to your evenings. Bedrooms have A/C for warm summer months.

Unit #2: La Pasta is named after the second restaurant to occupy the barn. It is a modern 2000 sq foot, 4 bedroom/3 bath lower level unit that does have some outdoor large flat stairs to navigate, and can accommodate 10 people. While it is a lower level unit you can hear footsteps from the unit above. It is a very open unit with plenty of windows in the bedrooms and higher windows in the living area. It is a fun unit that is more contemporary and has just a touch of the barn look to it. The TV in the den gives the kids a place to escape and adds some privacy. The den also houses a sleeper couch for extra space if needed. Being a lower unit, La Pasta stays cool all summer long without the use of A/C. When you are done with all of your activities, take a soak in your private hot tub.

Unit #3: This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit, The Common Man, boasts an impressive 2,000 square feet of living space, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. Named after the third and final restaurant to occupy the building, This very special 2000 square foot luxury unit that sleeps 8. You need to walk up 4 steps to the unit and two bedrooms are on the second floor. This two story unit is very reminiscent of the last and most famous restaurant that was housed in this barn. The beautiful grand fireplace is still the focal point of this space and we were able to incorporate many fun elements from the original barn.

In the winter, the bus stops right at the property and in the summer there are hiking trails right off of the property.

Only ONE dog is allowed per unit. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after the dog, no more than 1 DOG per unit. NO other animals. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.
