Beach Front Condo w/Pool, Restaurant, and Bar

Come and stay awhile at this 3 bed, 2 bath beach front condo. Located in the Beachside Colony Condominiums, this resort style accommodation provides desirable amenities such as two pools, an on site restaurant and bar, and private beach access. Enjoy Tybee`s only beach front restaurant by simply walking downstairs!

A private entrance is located on the second floor of the parking garage. There are two bedrooms upon entering the condo, each equipped with a Queen bed and television. The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, and an open concept living and dining area with a smart tv. There is a private patio with adequate seating off of the living room for guest enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, and ensuite bathroom.

This condo is unit 616. Located in the Beachside Colony on Tybee Island. Detailed check in instructions will be provided to you 24 hours prior to arrival (4pm the day before check in). There will be a door code provided to you for keyless entry. Parking at Beachside Colony is free for guests and can accommodate a maximum of 2 vehicles. There is an elevator making this property handicap accessible, as the condo is one level once inside.

The property was spotless, in a fantastic location, and exactly like the pictures! Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Great for families !

We traveled from Chicago to Tybee Island for a family vacation before kids went back to school and college . Very cute condo in a quiet area ! Kitchen had everything we needed ! Love the washer and dryer in unit. Communication with the owners was great and very responsive. Restaurant on property had great food and drink ! Would recommend to anyone !

Beautiful Condo (Tybee)

The Condo is very nice (super cute!) and in an excellent location. The pools are on the same floor as the room and beach access is short and easy. We ate at the in-house restaurant and it was delicious! Communication with host was easy and immediate responses. Will recommend to friends and definitely book again in the future.

Close to the beach

We enjoyed being close to the beach and the dedicated parking available. The property itself was clean and the hosts were very responsive. It was a cute, fun place for us to ring in the New Year.

Wonderful stay!

Loved everything about this place, especially for a very last-minute booking. Adorably decorated. Dog friendly. Would prefer more/larger bath towels. Front bedroom by garage could really use a blackout curtain/curtains to block the 24/7 bright light from the parking deck. Otherwise would be 5 stars!

Super Cute and Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The unit is super cute and was stocked with plenty of essentials. The beach here is lovely and having both a pool and restaurant onsite was an added benefit. The owner is very responsive. We will be back!

Great Spot on Tybee

The location of this property is wonderful. With easy access to the beach and a pool, it was incredibly easy to enjoy our time. There is also a restaurant on the property that allowed us to get quick snacks or drinks whenever we wanted something special. The property itself has the perfect beach decor with nostalgic appliances. The hosts offered INCREDIBLE communication throughout the booking process, making it easy for us to enjoy our vacation time! Would go back in a heartbeat!

The place was nicer than we initially thought!

The place was clean and the host was very responsive in the questions I had during our stay. The property entrance is conveniently facing parking spots in the garage so it was very helpful for my disabled mother-in-law to go in and out of the property with ease. The place overall was way nicer than we thought! I absolutely loved the decor and aesthetics of the place. It was unfortunate that we were only staying for one night, would definitely book a second time if we were ever in the area again!

The property is exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations. Nicely renovated unit with very cool retro vibe to it. Beds are comfortable and living area is roomie and inviting. Two coffee makers. One a pod and the other a traditional one. Frig is a full size unit with plenty of room and the stack washer and dryer was great to have. The unit is an end unit so you get light from the sliding glass door and 6 windows!! The best part is that it’s indirect light for 90% of the time so the unit stays cool. It is easy access to the pool, walk way to the beach and restaurant. Added bonus is the parking is covered. My second time at this location, first time in this unit and would definitely recommend it!! Will be renting again the next time.
