Welcome to "Atlantic Ocean 6" – a spacious, pet-friendly, three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome in the heart of Tybee Island's Beachside Colony Resort. With breathtaking oceanfront views, two pools, and the convenience of The Deck oceanfront restaurant, this home offers a laid-back coastal escape with all the comforts of modern living.

On the ground level, you'll find a private garage, a semi-secluded patio with a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and direct beach access – perfect for rinsing off sandy paws after a day by the ocean. Head up to the middle level, where the home's open floor plan reveals stunning, unobstructed ocean views. The living area is designed for relaxation with updated coastal dĂ©cor, two fold-out twin sleeper chairs, a large HD TV, and a comfy couch. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio or dining al fresco, you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker and updated appliances, making it easy to prepare meals with ocean views as your backdrop. This floor also features Bedroom 1, equipped with a cozy queen bed, an HD TV, and a full bathroom in the hallway right beside the bedroom.

On the top floor, you'll discover two luxurious suites. The oceanfront suite boasts a king bed, HD TV, and a private balcony overlooking the water. The ensuite bathroom offers double vanities, a jetted tub for relaxation, and a shower. The second suite also features a king bed, HD TV, and a private bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of island adventures. For your convenience, you'll also find a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer on this floor.

Located just steps from Memorial Park, which includes a playground, tennis courts, and more, "Atlantic Ocean 6" is in the perfect spot to explore Tybee with your four-legged friends or simply enjoy the best of island living.

There is on-site parking for two vehicles, one in the garage and one marked parking space in the parking lot. It is not recommended that oversized vehicles park in the garage.

We had a delightful stay in a very well decorated, clean, and cozy condo. Having one bedroom on the main level was great and convenient. We were able to walk to several restaurants and walk to the beach not bad. Would definitely stay here again!

Tybee spring break

Condo and location are excellent.The condo stairs maybe a challenge for elderly members of your party.The view from master bedroom balcony was worth the climb. The restaurant on the property “The Deck” is pool/beachside and the food and service are on point. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here in the future.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to spend a week! The view from the balconies are beyond amazing and the beach is only steps away. The kitchen is fully stocked. We have fallen in love with Tybee and will definitely be renting this place again! Thanks to all!

Beautiful views

Very nice property. Steps from the beach. Loved the views, especially from the upper balcony. So fun watching dolphins, windsurfers and cargo ships coming and going! North Beach Rentals were great setting up our chairs and umbrellas. The tandem garage was a nice surprise. Great spot for a nice relaxing family getaway.

It was a great week for all of us. The property is very well kept and decorated. Kitchen is well stocked and has excellent appliances. View and proximity to beach were great. My only complaint is the sliding doors to the balconies are very difficult to slide as well as difficult to lock.

Perfect, Inside and Out

Such a beautiful beach! We loved being able to see it from our windows and access it so easily. The condo is beautiful inside, nicely furnished and decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped for the chefs in our crew. Clearly the owners really care about the guest experience! Beyond our expectations - We are so thankful for a wonderful week!!

Great Location!

VERY close to the beach. Walk out back door and only steps away from the sand. Walk out the front door and only steps away from the pools. View of the beach from the two inside balconies was beautiful. No problems except Wi-Fi and cable would go in and out, however, I believe owner was having that checked the day we arrived. It wasn’t a big deal because we didn’t spend any time watching TV, but we did need to use a lot of cellular data. Don’t let that deter anyone from renting this property. There are too many positive things to mention!

Great family getaway

We had a great stay on Tybee Island. The townhouse is well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, with soothing ocean views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, and easy access to the beach. We loved exploring the island on bikes we rented...we can't wait to return to this little slice of heaven.
