The apartment includes a full kitchen with all the essentials, a microwave, coffee makers, electric kettle and more. The Master room has a private bathroom, Queen bed, AC, Ceiling fan,smart TV and Fire-stick, Second room has AC, Ceiling fan and smart TV, living room with smart TV and Fire-stick and WIFI at all times. The unit has a patio with enclosed balcony, with chairs, a table and areas to keep items and accessories.

Guests will have access to the entire Apartment, except one room which is not furnished and kept close at all times. We provide great accommodation to our guess so please communicate with me and coordinator anything, that is a needed.

Note: if you want to change the check-in or check-out time, you can generate an additional charge of up to the value of one night, and is subject to availability. The electricity meter will be read during your stay and before check out time, if it exceeds the daily consumption of 15Kw, you will be charged a dollar for every 1kw over the daily limit.
in addition, the apartment has an inverter to supply general electricity, if there happens to be an outage in the area. The inverter will turn on automatically and is only used to supply electricity to small items, like lights, fans, and TV's until the outage in the area has been fixed.
