Ce chalet de 4 chambres et 3 1/2 salles de bain vers 1900 a été entiÚrement rénové en 2005. Il comprend une cuisine de chef, une véranda, une télévision à écran plat, la climatisation et un systÚme stéréo intégré. Marchez jusqu'à la plage de chant sur une voie privée et un chemin. Marchez jusqu'à la ville et entraßnez-vous vers Boston ou Gloucester!
Cette maison gaie a une chambre au premier Ă©tage avec salle de bain (baignoire / douche).
A l'étage, 3 chambres supplémentaires. Deux avec deux lits jumeaux chacune et une plus grande chambre avec un lit queen. il y a deux salles de bain complÚtes avec douches à l'étage.

Wonderful Home

We enjoyed this home very much. It's incredibly clean, lots of beds, kitchen stocked with any supplies needed and the best part - very close walk to Singing Beach and downtown MBTS. Robin took great care of us and we would absolutely love to return to this house. It was a joy to stay here.

Vacation that feels like home away from home!

The home provides the perfect setting to spend your time at the beach, walk around town, enjoy the amenities of the house on a quiet evening, or take a quick trek along the North Shore or down to Boston via the T. The owners are very friendly and take great care in the home.

Absolutely Charming!

We spent three weeks in the delightfull community of Manchester by the Sea in this charming home. The home is within walking distace to all of our favorite places to eat as well as to the beach and the local sailing doc. The home was fully equipped, met our needs perfectly, and the owners made us feel like welcomed guests. If you want to feel like a local, this is the place for you!

Best family vacation we've ever had!

We've been vacationing in Manchester by the Sea for several years after falling in love with the town. But this was by far the best vacation we've had, largely due to how wonderful this home was to stay in for the week. Robyn has clearly invested a lot of time and thoughtful effort into making this rental look and feel like a well cared for home away from home. Everything is updated top to bottom, so you get an authentic seaside vacation home experience, with all the comforts and convenience of what feels like a a full time home. The location is fantastic - right between Singing Beach and Captain Dusty's / Masconomo Park, only a half mile in either direction. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful in its own right. We can't wait to come back next year!

Another great stay at 16 Masconomo

This was our family’s second year staying at Robin’s and it was as equally fabulous as the year before. The house is perfect for a family and gives you access to all of the great things Manchester offers. Robin keeps the place in fabulous shape and is always easy to reach if you have any questions. Wonderful home, wonderful stay

Our multi-generational family of 7 loved staying at Robin's lovely, comfortable home. The house is beautifully decorated; the layout allows for many to gather together for meals and games, and also for those who need it (naps!) to retreat to quiet spaces; the central air, screened-in porch, well-equipped kitchen, large private lawn, sound system, Robin's responsiveness and excellent communication -- all make for comfort and relaxation. And the location can't be beat: we walked to and from the beach and the playground several times a day, even with a one-year-old; we took the train to Rockport and Gloucester for outings, we explored shops and nature trails throughout Cape Ann. A fabulous house, perfect location, and perfect vacation. Thanks, Robin!

Perfect vacation for our family!

This adorable cottage is even better (& bigger) in person! Our children loved the large lawn almost as much as the beach down the street. The house had everything we needed for the week and was clean and comfortable. We hope to go back again next summer!

A sweet quiet property

This is a lovely property, even in the rain. There was nothing not to love about this house- comfort,proximity to beach, and a luxuriously outfitted kitchen. A great place.

A terrific place - just a short walk or bike ride from Manchester center.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. It was well equipped, nicely laid out, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom showers were great. The living room was a lovely place for socializing and the window seat was a cozy reading spot. Robin & Gary were very responsive whenever we needed anything. There was easy access to scenic Singing Beach. All in all, a wonderful spot! Thank you, Robin & Gary!

Perfect house and location

Gary and Robin’s house is a true gem in Manchester By-the-Sea. The location could not be better (short walk to town and beach). The house is nicely furnished and comfortable, having had a very thoughtful restoration recently. Offering a fabulous floor plan, the house provided our family of four an amazing home away from home for two weeks. We dined on the screened in porch, used the grill many nights and the kids loved playing in the very large flat yard. We walked to town for groceries, ice cream at Captain Dusty’s, dinner at local restaurants and walked to the beach every day. Smith’s point offers a great 2 mile walk along the water as well. The bathrooms are spacious and have fabulous water pressure while the kitchen accommodates a serious chef. We didn’t have a single issue during our stay and so look forward to a return visit. Thank you Robin and Gary!
