2 story cozy home. Walk to downtown Bangor and Brewer. Safe quiet neighborhood

Newly remodeled cozy & comfortable two story home in town Brewer- minutes from downtown Bangor. Accommodates 6 guests in three 2nd floor bedrooms; each bedroom has one queen bed. Full kitchen to enjoy a quiet meal after a busy day with dishwasher to make the clean up easier. If you're more up to eating out, the home is close to dozens of restaurants. All new kitchen appliances and updated 1.5 bathrooms (half bath is off a bedroom). Washer & dryer in home. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Home has yard and fire pit with firewood available.

There is one security camera set up at side door where you'll be entering and exiting. View shows most of driveway and backyard area. The ring camera also picks up audio.

Walk to Brewer Riverwalk, concerts, or downtown Brewer/Bangor. Many restaurants, local colleges, shopping areas, and attractions nearby. 1 hour from Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. Enjoy Maine's hiking, skiing, boating, or other outdoor activities.
Off road parking.


The space:
Downstairs offers fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar, full bathroom with deep soaking tub. Towels, shampoo, and body wash provided. Dining room, living room with TV (roku), and additional sitting area with work station finish off the downstairs area. High speed Wifi is provided. Closet with multiple board games in the sitting area.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs- each with a queen bed, bureau, and nightstands. Half bath upstairs is off a bedroom. Each bedroom has blinds and blackout curtains.
Window air conditioning is available in each bedroom and the dining room in the summer months. Fans are available. Free washer & dryer in the home with laundry pods provided.

The exterior of the home has a partially fenced in yard. There are benches to sit and enjoy the fire pit. Firewood is provided.

Entire house is accessible except for basement and supply closet off from master bedroom.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home! We were visiting Umaine in Orono and needed a place for the weekend! It was clean, stocked with towels and other necessities and the location was conveniently close to some great restaurants and shops. Allan and April were very kind and prompt with communication! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! We experienced very warm fall days but each bedroom had a fan which kept the rooms comfortable at night! The closet with games and puzzles was an added bonus which gave us some quality family time! Will definitely look into staying here again when visiting Bangor and surrounding area!

The property is a nice old house that has been renovated. It was spotless when we arrived and we had access to everything we needed. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We heard absolutely nothing the entire visit and saw only one neighbor walking a dog. It is a GREAT location if you are going to a concert at the Maine Bank Amphitheater.

Great stay! A very comfortable house. The couch in the picture is like a cloud. We spent many happy hours binge watching programs. The air conditioning was also greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is very nice and quite close to food and shopping. We didn’t have younger children but there was a little dollhouse and toys in the game closet. I felt that was a thoughtful touch from hosts who truly thought of everything!

Older Home Yet Still Comfortable

This was an older house and is pretty typical of what you find for rentals in the Bangor / Brewer area. It was clean and comfortable enough for our stay.We were there in a cold April and needed heat which was provided by radiators scattered throughout the home. There is no central air blower to move air around the house. Nonetheless, the radiators worked surprisingly well, and we were comfortable. Not sure how comfortable it would be in a hotter summer.Please note that the stairs in this older home are narrow and steep which could be a problem for some. All the bedrooms are upstairs.

Owners were awesome!

We stayed at this property during a difficult family time. The owners were wonderful and we were able to extend our stay even. The house was close to the hospital as our family members came and went for 8 days!

The property was close to the hospital in Bangor where we had a family emergency. The owner was so kind to help us in anyway possible! The house was very sufficient for our coming and going for a week and a half.

Blown away by the cleanliness!!!

This property looked just like the pictures, and cleanliness was impeccable! I was a bit nervous showing up with my son at 11PM on check in day, but the house was pristine, rules were clearly posted and reasonable. Would definitely stay here next year if available again during the 2025 baseball camp.

Clean & In a Great Location

Pleasantly surprised by how updated the home was and the Space available compared to other VRBO's we had been in. The air conditioners in multiple rooms really helped since it was summer and we were able to quickly walk along the river. It was very enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable and cool (in the heat dome)

This was a perfect house in a quiet family neighbourhood and an easy beautiful walk to our concert venue. It had everything we needed including very comfortable big beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a great hang out vibe. The owner was so responsive and helpful with all our questions. I would highly recommend it
