Mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine for your exclusive use located in shared hallway under stairs.

Newly remolded in July 2019. Located on lower floor of multifamily building, the space has its own entrance. Please see image of floor-plan.

You will have private access to bedroom and bathroom on lower floor, and a shared laundry area. *No kitchen*. Entry is through back of building through the shared laundry area.

Located in residential neighborhood, you are a few minutes walk from local shops and the arboretum. A few minutes drive from Capital Hill and downtown Seattle.

Within 10 min walk to many bus stop - quick public transit to all areas of Seattle!

Dedicated parking spot available for your use.

NO KITCHEN - There is a microwave and mini-fridge available for your use in shared area. Please look at pictures.

Laundry and entrance are in area shared with one other unit.
- No shoes on the carpet/rugs
- Reservation change fee of $60 for changes including late checkout or early checkin (subject to availability)
- Excessive cleaning will be billed, including smoking cleaning fee of $100
- Please use OLD washcloths and towels for spills. We like to keep the NICE towels in tip top shape
- Please put trash in bins in the front of the house
