William was such a nice person to meet. The Casita was an amazing place to stay, we ended up staying here on our way down to Cabo and our way back from Cabo because we loved it so much. We wish we had more days to spend here. Highly recommend this place if you are on your way by San Ignacio.

Great little casita to stay in. Cute place, had everything you needed and very spotless and lean. They have coffee and a coffee maker plus tea. Only downside was the neighbor or someone around us was playing music loud till about 2am so we didn’t get much rest.

Enjoyed Rancho Espinoza

My spouse and I really enjoyed Rancho Espinoza - we had a room with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a loft bedroom with two beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck with a drink and watching colorful birds and hummingbirds flying about. Check-in was easy, the property was very clean. And even though it was just off the highway, it quieted down at night (except for dogs barking). I would definitely stay there again.

Great Host, Great Room

Host was fantastic, and location ideal if you are staying in San Ignacio. This unit has extremely cmfortable beds, a kitchen, dining table, and living room with streaming tv/movies, and an enormous bathroom with very large walk-in glass shower. Extremely clean, well cared for, and very well appointed. This feels like you are at home in your lovely Mexican retreat. The San Ignacio Mission is just about one mile away. If you are staying in San Ignacio. I strongly recommend Rancho Espinoza!!! You will love it.

Amazing!

We stayed at the casita, and everything was so lovely! Our dogs loved the space to play in the back and we had an incredible day paddling in the estuary at Campo Rene. William was an excellent host and tour guide at Punta Abreojos. We highly recommend his guided kayak trip and the most deliciously fresh seafood right on the water immediately afterward. We will definitely be returning!

A great place to stay while visiting San Ignacio

The casita is a newly built accomadation. It is a large studio with two queen beds, a living area, and a big kitchen. There is also a nice private outdoor sitting area. I will go back. The one odd thing was the second room with the futon is also the bathroom. This was not clear to me on the site but as always the host was helpful and we moved the futon out to the main area. If your group only needs two beds this place is perfect.
