This single-story home spans 1,653 square feet and features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.

Living Space: Walk into the open-concept space combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax on the oversized sectional in the living room while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy a game night with the provided board games.

Kitchen and Dining: The modern and fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an impressive waterfall island with bar seating for six. Start your mornings at the adjacent coffee bar. The dining area offers a large wood table with seating for 10, illuminated by a chic chandelier.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, workspace, ample closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower and vanity.

Bedroom 2: King-sized bed, with access to the shared bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3: Another king-sized bed, also with shared bathroom access.

Bedroom 4/Bunk Room: The perfect spot for groups or kids, featuring four twin-over-twin bunk beds along with a desk and en suite bathroom with shower. Access to the backyard from the en suite bathroom!

The backyard is your private oasis, featuring an outdoor dining table, Smart TV, and a heated private pool with a water feature, all surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and additional outdoor seating. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
