Beautiful, newly decorated ski in / ski out 2 Bedroom plus a Loft, 2 Bath Slope-Side Home with long range mountain views. This house is ski, board, bike, hike paradise and great for groups of up to 7. Located on the slopes of Beech Mountain just steps from the top of lift 1 (Lower Shawneehaw). Restaurants and provisions are just minutes away.

- Tile throughout with carpeted bedrooms

- Living room with electronic log fireplace, 55" LG Smart TV and panoramic views

- Open kitchen / living room layout

- Downstairs game area with shuffleboard and TV lounge

- Downstairs loft / nook with queen bed, great for kiddos and adults

- Master bedroom with on-suite bath and 43" flat screen

- Guest Bedroom with shared bad and 43" flat screen

- Washer / Dryer on first floor

- Deck area for taking in the views, playing in the snow or grilling

- Driveway accommodates two vehicles. Additional vehicles can be parked across the street at the bottom of the hill. 4 wheel drive or snow chains are a must during ski season.

House was beautiful! Great Location! Loved seeing the skiers get off the ski lift from the windows and easy access for skiing down, just steps from the house. Great weather, lots of good snow!

We had a great time at this property. First, a note about "roundhouses" generally--they are not huge properties. The size was perfect for me and my wife. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. and we were very comfortable. The owner has provided some nice amenities--lots of TVs, bedside phone chargers, nice dishes and glassware, and a neat (but fake) "fireplace."We spent much of our time on the great deck that overlooks the town and surrounding mountains. We never got tired of watching folks come and go, plus we had a resident woodchuck, a couple of chipmunks, and a massive eight-point buck and his family with us every day. Lots of hummingbirds, too. Communications with the owner were prompt and effective. Super nice folks who are eager to see their tenants happy. It was a great time and we will return next year.

The perfect stay

We visit beech mountain every year, usually with a larger group, but since it was just our family we opted for a smaller ski in/ ski out property. We were beyond blessed to have found this rental. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The property was clean and perfect for my husband and I and our 5 children. The ski lift is just steps from the front door which made our days on the mountain so convenient and comfortable with 7 people. Can’t wait to visit again!

Fun for the Family!

Great place to stay!

I wish I could give this place and the host 6 stars! We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had all the creature comforts we needed. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen has plenty of high quality dishes, cookware and utensils. It is hard to tell from the map, but the descriptions in the property notes and in renter reviews about the proximity to Lift 1 are accurate. The top of Lift one is directly across the street (no other house in between).
