Birchwood Chalet!! Amazing views, across from resort, ski, bike, hiking nearby

Welcome to Birchwood Chalet
with beautiful mountain views into Tennessee and Virginia. Our home is just a short 1 minute drive to the ski resort, the perfect family vacation or couples getaway. We are centrally located near all the High Country attractions. In the winter Beech mountain has tons of fun activities with skiing, tubing and sledding nearby (2 sleds included for use during your stay) During the warmer times enjoy nearby hiking, biking and nature trails all close by (hiking poles avail for use during your stay) Downtown Banner Elk is only 10 minutes away, along with many shops, dining, mountain roller coaster and wineries to enjoy. If attending a wedding close by at Overlook Barn our home is just 2 miles from it.
Upon entering the chalet there are 10 steps down to the entrance of the home which features single level living. Our home has 2 bedrooms ( 1 queen bed in each room) featuring a memory foam luxury matteess/ 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower and another half bath. The main bedroom features a desk also for those that work from home. Our home also has a pack n play also for your little one if needed.There is an air conditioner unit in the living area also .There are 3 flat screen smart TVs featuring Roku streaming capability for your streaming subscriptions and also includes Spectrum digtal tv services on all tvs.
The vaulted family room/ kitchen features a full size washer/dryer (starter detergent included) and an updated kitchen with all necessary appliances including a double oven, toaster, crock pot, dishwasher and a coffee bar with a Keurig and French press, 10 cup maker ane coffee grinder also . (starter pods of coffee and hot cocoa included for you)
After a day away exploring come back and stay cozy by the propane wood stove fireplace heater. Enjoy the mountain fresh air and stars along with a glass of wine or cocoa at night under the twinkle lights on the main level deck. There is also a lower deck where you may view tons of nature, deer usually can be seen all over the mountain daily. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck enjoying the amazing sunrise over the trees.
*4wd/awd/chains highly recommended in the wintertime, please prepare with winter weather changes for the area)

Wonderful little cabin! Very comfortable and cozy, with all the little touches that make you feel right at home. Beds and pillows are super comfortable! Owner is very responsive if needed. Plan on revisiting this cabin soon!

Adorable, Comfortable cabin w Fabulousq View

Absolutely adorable and comfortable roundhouse chalet. Decor is top notch, & everything you need is adorably in its own space. Super comfortable queen beds, kitchen outfitted w everything you could possibly need, deck w lots of great furniture & a killer sunrise view. Cute coffee bar, lots of games, spices, body wash; convenient & quiet location away from the noise of the slopes. Only thing to note is full bathroom wall does not go to ceiling so if you need privacy, use the half bath.

Wonderful ski chalet

What a great weekend! Host is super nice, listing was very accurate, clean, maintained well. The entrance to beech mountain ski resort took about 45 seconds. Deer in the front drive way everyday. We had a blast skiing all day. Came back, hung out with the kids by the fire and cooked dinner in a well stocked kitchen. We will be here at out next ski trip to beech mountain.

Great view and amazing host

This place was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We got there during a snow storm and I reached out to the host and she let us check in early. The check in was simple! The place looked like the pictures and was clean and very cute. The small details made it so special and the Christmas tree was still up so we were able to enjoy a "white Christmas" vibe. I will stay again for sure!! If you want beautiful views, a modern mountain vibe and a great host then do yourself a favor a book it!!

Beechwood Chalet

The house was unbelievable and exceeded my expectations. Compared to most mountain rentals this home had at least 40 inch screens for TVs in each of the bedrooms and I believe a 55 or 60 inch TV in the main room. The owners provided a wonderful coffee bar the home was well equipped with supplies And beautifully renovated. Having stayed in many many rentals in the beach mountain area. I would have to say this is one of the best if not the best two bedroom unit I have ever seen them. The hosts were very responsive, caring and attentive to everything we needed.

Such an amazing place with beautiful views! The chalet was very clean and comfortable. Our host Diane was very responsive and courteous. Everything was absolutely incredible! We could not recommend this place enough.

Quite the Adventure

Unfortunately we experienced Hurricane Helene rather than the vacation we had planned. Despite this we made the best of a terrible situation and Diane as the host was extremely supportive and thoughtful throughout the whole experience. I would love to go back in the future and experience this cute chalet and area under much better circumstances.
