However, we understand that receiving a reminder only shortly before arrival may have been disappointing, especially if swimming was a priority for your family during your stay. Alongside the pool, the property also includes a large outdoor tub with very hot water suitable for salt baths, and in summer it can also be used as a refreshing cold plunge. • Rural Location & Accessibility Our house is located in a rural area surrounded by nature, vineyards, and open landscape—this provides privacy, space, and beautiful views, but also means that driving involves some elevation and winding roads, which is typical of the area. Many guests find it part of the charm of being in the countryside, but we understand it may feel challenging for some drivers. • Septic Tank System As with many historic and rural homes in remote locations, the property is not connected to the city drainage system and instead uses a septic tank. This is due to the region not yet having municipal wastewater infrastructure in the area. For that reason, flushing toilet paper can damage the system, so disposal in the bin is necessary. We understand that this may be unfamiliar to guests who are not used to rural living, and since your stay we have made this information more clearly stated in the listing.
