Thank you for your wonderful review! It makes as so happy when we hear that we could contribute to improve your island experience. It was very nice meeting you and I am thrilled that you liked our wines. I have, of course, tried them all and love them too. They represent a genuine representation of local grapes and winemaking craftsmanship. We would love to welcome you back on the island as soon as possible. Kay

Wow! Thank you so very much for your wonderful review. I think nobody had captured the spirit of our Boutique resort like you. We are not your typical Villa or apartment, but rather an authentic, individual and exclusive experience. What we strive for is precisely what you describe in your review: facilitate a memorable, local experience on the island. We want you to discover the hidden beaches, the secret hiking paths in the forrest, that patio in a local farmer's house in the mountains where you try their wine and food. Our concierge, masseuse, yoga instructor, cleaning staff, catering, chef, driver and all the other services we provide only serves one purpose: help you relax and be ready to enjoy your time on the island. Thank you so much for having described your experience in such loving terms. Please, come back! We miss you already! Kay

Thank you very much for your positive review. It is always wonderful to read that our guests have a good time at our properties. We really try hard to make the experience a memorable one. I feel especially sorry when our guests have cloudy weather because the weather is normally ideal, sunny and warm but not too hot. We hope to be able to welcome you back in the future. Best regards from the whole team, Kay (owner)

Thank you very much for your enthusiastic and detailed feedback. It fills us with pride when our guests enjoyed their stay with us. I am sorry that you had an issue with the hot water. That shouldn't be the case as our hot water system is a gas furnace heater that has no limited storage. It should never run out of hot water. We have advised our plumber to check on the problem. Thank you for pointing it out. In the name of the whole staff at AD - San Marcos we thank you for your patronage and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again at our property in the future. Best regards from Tenerife, Kay (owner)
