One of those homes that's exactly as advertised, no surprises, and solid value for the size. Spotless: cleaning crew does excellent job. Decent kitchen for group cooking; dining table seats 6 with 2 stools. 3 full bathrooms is super convenient with kids. Upstairs bed very comfortable & firmer mattress than main level.Plenty of paper towels, TP & very basics like hand soap, saltpepper, dishwasher tablets. BYO bath soap & kitchen condiments (just FYI, not a negative).Central air 2 gas fireplaces; big, modern washer/dryer. Nearby club house has outdoor hot tub (bring flipflops).Quiet estate at night, excellent snow removal - during a blizzard there were multiple trucks and people with snow blowers.Bus stop 4 min walk via trail; steep hill so wouldnât recommend in ski boots - rent from Park City Sport with free daytime shoe & overnight ski storage.Bus runs every 20 minutes but no reliable âlive arrivalâ tracker - plan for occasional Lyft 15-20 if crowded or delayed. After a day of skiing, hop off at Fresh Market for groceries en route home. Can't ski direct between Canyons & Park City, you are reliant on their new gondola which doesnât operate when very windy - recommend using Canyons as your rental base as it's closer.Air at this elevation is extremely dry (as low as 9%) - hydrate copiously!Good communication with owner who checked in with us every day. For a group of 4-8 people that doesnât want to splurge on ski-in/ski-out, this is a great option.
