In the comfortable living room, sink into plush furniture and unwind after a day of exploring. Retreat to the primary bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and shower. The second floor offers two more inviting bedrooms – one furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin XL beds. On the upstairs landing there is an additional chair that pulls out into a twin bed, as well as a vanity perfect for getting game-day ready at! The upstairs shares a convenient hall bathroom that is also connected to the queen bedroom. Need extra sleeping space? There are linens for the couch to be made into a comfortable spot for a seventh guest (note it is not a sofa bed). Park your cars in the spacious driveway or garage, with ample space for 2-3 vehicles. Please note that there is no street parking available per HOA regulations. Additionally, just off the kitchen space, take advantage of the on-site washer and dryer, where a few laundry pods are provided for your convenience. The location of this home is exceptional!

Guests have access to the neighborhood Exercise Room, Fishing Pier, & Outdoor Pool. Please make sure to follow all posted rules and return the pool key to the kitchen counter upon departure.
