Listen to the ocean's call while indulging in tropical bliss at this lush private paradise. Situated just three blocks from Esterillos Beach, this amazing oasis offers the best in carefree coastal living with home highlights including an in-ground pool and a large, enclosed yard surrounded by fragrant fruit trees. When you're ready to explore the area, you can walk right down to the beach or take a scenic drive out to Manuel Antonio National Park. Other opportunities include whale-watching tours, waterfall tours, ziplining, and fishing.

The interior is bright and inviting, with modern home features including; a stainless steel full kitchen, free WiFi, smart TVs, a private washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and mini-split air-conditioners. Each of the three bedrooms includes a private en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the detached pool house suite for added privacy.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Relatively close to the beach, tons of amenities

It's a very beautiful property with very interesting design choices throughout the house. The 3.5 bathrooms are obviously very comfortable and the air conditioning was top performing. The private pool was probably our most favorite aspect of the property.

A Tropical Paradise in Costa Rica

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning VRBO house in Costa Rica, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beautiful surroundings and the thoughtful design of the home. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing pool—spacious, pristine, and perfect for relaxing or cooling off after a day of exploring. Adding to the magic were the big parrots in the backyard, which created a vibrant and lively atmosphere. We also enjoyed watching various tropical birds flying around, making us feel deeply connected to the lush environment. The property features a gorgeous tropical garden filled with native plants, enhancing the sense of tranquility and immersion in nature. It was a joy to stroll through the garden and appreciate the vibrant colors and fragrances.

Broken amenities and promises

The code to access the laundry key was not provided so we couldn’t do laundry the first day and spent a long time trying to get access. We wasted a day doing laundry the next day that we would have done when we arrived. The oven did not function at all. The dishwasher had a major leak. None of these were fixed despite assurances and waiting around for technicians. The roof leaked during a heavy rain and we had to put buckets out and clean up the water (which was likely contaminated with iguana feces from the animals that lived on the roof). This water fell on our kitchen table and ruined a lot of food. The washer/dryer took 4 hours for each load. We were not allowed to flush toilet paper (according to signs we could only read upon arrival) so the whole place smelled bad pretty quickly. When we complained about anything the manager and Vacasa just delayed and made promises they would address things which they never did. We spent so much time on the phone and dealing with the problems with the property that we had very little time to enjoy our stay and it was marred by stress and inconvenience. We requested a relocation and were told that none was available. I’m going to report Vacasa to the Better Business Bureau if we do not get a satisfactory refund.

Excelente ubicacion

Alejado de otras casas y posibles ruidos lo que fue excelente para un ambiente de paz, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca de la playa y de los lugares comerciales lo cual fue muy conveniente.Muy limpio el lugar y cĂłmodo, muy bien equipado.

Solitude

Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers.

Host was terrible/No hot water

We checked in Friday afternoon, we had no hot water in place at all. I called several times to the host and property manager. No responses! I called 5 times on Saturday, no responses. I emailed, texted, everything but send out a pigeon to communicate. Family was not happy about cold showers all weekend. I've never stayed in a place and have them ignore the guests. It was bad! Because of this I'm giving a 1 star rating. I was very upset. When we give ratings it factors on many things not just how clean a place was.
