Winter getaway

This is a beautiful home on a golf course with a Mountain View! Everything was clean and well appointed. Cinde was a wonderful host. This has been our best Vrbo stay yet!

Paradise Found!

We loved our stay at this property and we hope to be back. The home had everything we needed and the setting was unbeatable! A beautiful patio overlooking the golf course and the mountains - plus a pool and hot tub to enjoy! A little bit of paradise for these snow birds!

Great rental

We rented this house because we could heat the pool and it worked out beautifully for our family. The owners were so responsive and checked on us almost daily. Property was very convenient to shopping and the house was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent here again. The third bedroom is really a den with hide a bed, which was fine for the kids, but with no door the kids woke up early.

Beautiful golf course home

We rented this lovely home, which is just a few miles from our winter home, for extended family members during Thanksgiving week. It's very-well kept, nicely decorated, and super clean. The patio, pool, and hot tub are perfect for Arizona weather. The hot tub heats up quickly, the pool takes some time in cooler November night time temps. The waterfall is amazing and the golf course and Santan mountain views certainly complete a sweet vacation package. We'd certainly rent it again!

Spectacular location

We stayed in this beautiful home for two months, March and April 2023. It was exactly as described. The location was perfect for golfing at Lone Tree Golf Course, for sightseeing to numerous places i.e. Queen Creek Olive Mill, Apache Junction to Tortilla Flats, Lake Saguaro, trips to Picacho Peak for quick hikes and Southern Mountain for the view of Phoenix. Relaxation in the spa and pool was a bonus in the warm weather! Cinde is an awesome hostess. She occasionally checked in with us to make sure all was well! You will not be disappointed with this wonderful home!

Beautifull, clean home. The pool and spa overlook the 15th fairway at Lone Tree Golf course. The owners were very accommodating. Cindi checked in VIA text to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Vacation and Home!

My wife and I stayed at Cinde's home for 2 weeks, from 10-12-21 to 10-26-21. We have stayed at many different VRBO's over the years in AZ and this was easily the best experience we ever had. It truly felt like a home away from home. Cinde's home had everything you could ever need and want. The interior was spacious and immaculate. There were 2 roomy bedrooms, TV's in both the living and bedroom with cable, Wifi, and a usable printer in the den which came in handy when we needed to print out our return flight tickets. The pool and spa were absolutely heavenly and sitting on the back patio watching the golfers with the Santan Mountains in the background was like a post card. The community was very quiet and when we did venture out especially for the community yard sale, the residents could not be friendlier and we even made some lasting friends. We also love the town of Chandler. Great shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. Communication with Cinde could not have been better. We typically choose different places to stay in AZ each year while on vacation but now there is no reason to stay anywhere else. We will absolutely return to Cinde's home which met all of our needs and then some. It was truly PERFECT! Thank you Cinde!

Wonderful!

We’ve stayed at a few different homes and this was the best! Very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. Host was very nice and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this home!

From the moment we walked in it was just like home

We felt like we were at home. The pool was fabulous and we enjoyed the quiet and peacefulness. The morning sunrise was a favorite over the San Tan Mountain. Great location and easy to get to. Hope to go back again.

Great views comfortable home well stocked

This home was exactly as pictured. The pool and hot tub were heavenly and the views of the golf course and Santan mountains are gorgeous at sunrise and sunset. The recliners in the family room are very comfortable and the tv was great as well. We especially loved the built in grill outside and the fire pit. Cinde was always available by phone or text and always very helpful. There were even spa robes in the walk in master closet! The owners here thought of everything. Loved it!!

Spring Break Travellers

What a lovely home for a spring break from cold Canada! Communication with Cindie was great from beginning to end. A terrific binder was provided with all the info about the home and pool and some really good suggestions on things to see and do in the Phoenix and Chandler area. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was available, we especially liked the good variety of spices and condiments. We used the electric smoker one evening, wow, it was easy to use and our tri-tip roast turned out perfectly! We spent lots of time hanging out in the awesome back patio and pool and loved the spa in the evening after a day taking in some spring training games. The house is laid out very well, the neighborhood is great. We have rented several vacation homes and this one ranks right up there at the top. Loved it!

Fabulous Home

This is our 3rd month-long stay in this lovely Chandler home. The house is well equipped, and the owners make us feel like it is our home while we are there. The Solera community is always so welcoming. The house is also close to restaurants, shopping and lots of sights.

Lovely Home! This home is well maintained with everything a vacationer would need to make it feel like home. Wonderful and safe neighborhood with several amenities and activities. The outdoor area has ample space for gatherings and enjoyment of the golf course. We will be coming back to enjoy Arizona, golfing and the relaxing pool and spa.

Spacious Luxury Vacation Home

The ultimate luxury in a safe locked area. The home was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the sauna and pool with a beautiful view. We were able to play golf at the resort and did not need to find another course to play. There are ample shopping and restaurants opportunities nearby. The owners were helpful with specific instructions previous to arrival and during our stay. We have stayed in multiple areas of Phoenix but this was by far the most fun and relaxing home!!!!!

Could not have been any better!!!

This Chandler home was beautiful from the minute we laid eyes on it! The grounds & surroundings in this gated community were pristine & inviting! The home was comfy & had every amenity imaginable. The only "hiccup" we had was the heater on the spa broke, but upon notifying Cinde, she got someone right out to check on it, even though it was the day before Easter! It took a few days to get parts to fix, but they graciously offered to refund a portion of our $ for the inconvenience! The weather was perfect for the 8 days we stayed! 75-90 & not a drop of rain! These owners were the best ever! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend this lovely, inviting home for your Arizona vacation!
