Chattanooga Townhome- New build, Walkable to Southside’s endless amenities

This New-Construction Town House is in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside. A few minutes walk to an endless array of coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Just around the corner from the Chattanooga Choo Choo where you can find even more restaurants, coffee shops, a comedy club, arcade, bakeries, and bars.
Staying-in is just as amenable with a porch and a balcony to enjoy Chattanooga’s beautiful weather. We are located inside a gated community with a great outdoor space. The social yard includes ping pong, grills, cornhole, and more. This 2 bed and 2.5 bath is supplemented with a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Utilize the office space in the primary bedroom with the fastest wi-fi in the country and enjoy plenty coffee and tea to get you through the work day.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Very convenient to the mountain, stores, and the activities we had planned. I would book this property again for sure. The host was amazing with communication as well. No problems accessing the property at all.

We were very close to where we needed to be. Only slightly disappointing was the lack of coffee shops or restaurants close (walking distance). Rental was extremely clean,, communication with renter was good.

We had a great time at this property in Chattanooga. The location was great and in close proximity by both walking and driving to everything we wanted to do. Bonus points for the outdoor ping pong table and cornhole!

We were in Chattanooga for baseball tournament at Warner Park. This was the perfect location. We were close to the ball fields as well as great places to eat. The owner was so helpful with places to eat and answered any questions we had quickly! We would definitely stay at this property again!

3 day Trip to lovely Chattanooga

We had a wonderful time and Marki went above and beyond helping with tips on what sights to see and restaurants to go to. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a gated and safe area that was really close to all the attractions. Thank you and we will be back...so much more to do & visit.

The unit was very very clean. Guest bed was super tiny and hard as a rock. No television either which I found odd. My only 2 complaints! The host is amazing to work with! Super accommodating and answers very quick.
