The NEST at Round Top is the perfect getaway for groups of all sizes—whether you’re looking for a relaxing escape from the city, or a fun-filled vacation with shopping, delicious restaurants, wine tastings and more—we have exactly what you’re looking for.

We can accommodate up to 19 overnight guests in 4 bedrooms with 10 beds and 5.5 baths. For events, we can host up to 150 people.

PROPERTY DETAILS:

The 100-year-old farmhouse has been fully remodeled with all new stainless-steel appliances, excellent AC and a wrap-around porch with comfortable rocking chairs so you can take in the sounds of nature.

There's an 84" TV with Apple TV in the Guesthouse with a large, L-shaped sofa to curl up on to watch your favorite shows and there's also a 34" smart TV in the Primary Bedroom.

The newly renovated barn is made of original wood from a century old tobacco barn in Kentucky and is finished out with new luxury bedding, antique bathtubs and AC. This spacious 2,000 sq ft building features vaulted ceilings, exposed rafters and is dotted with string lights to create a true glamping experience—ideal for those looking for a rustic adventure. Please note: if we have extreme temperatures (below 45 or above 90 degrees) the AC system/heater in The Barn might not be able to keep up during peak hours.

Outside features a wood-burning fire pit, kitchen with a dining table that seats 10, wine fridge and authentic Argentinian grill.

We hosted our wedding at the Nest at Round Top and it was everything I dreamed about!! Kourtney and Jana were so helpful with planning and coordinating the day. The property is stunning and I loved that there was enough room for my entire wedding party to stay the night. I can’t recommend this property enough for events!! It was so peaceful and the nature was beautiful.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! It was perfect for our group! It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! There was plenty of room to spread out and we loved the layout! Overall property was very nice. Kitchen was a bit smaller than expected, but had all essentials (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc). Such a gorgeous setting with the wildflowers just starting to bloom! We loved our collective 65th birthday celebration in Round Top antiquing, playing games and catching up. We had 10 so we used the main house, guest house and the barn. Everyone had their own bed which was key! The beds, pillows and sheets were AMAZING! We loved crawling into our beds after fun, long days out at the different venues. There was plenty of hot water and the "barn girls" loved the ambiance of bathing in claw-footed tubs. There was plenty of room to gather in the living room for morning coffee and late night chatting.Kourtney, the host, was super quick to respond when we could not figure out how to turn something on. :)Only 10 minutes from Round Top and the main venues, it was a great location for our group. Everyone agreed that it was the perfect 65th birthday all together!

Wedding Weekend

We had the most amazing wedding weekend here at the Nest at Round Top. Everything was PERFECT!! I love to sleep in, but I woke up at 5:30 to sit on the patio/ porch and watch the sun rise with my husband. The party barn and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for our reception, and the large oak tree out in the wildflower field made the most beautiful spot for a wedding ceremony. It was the most romantic and magical night.

Beautiful property with some safety issues

The Nest is a beautiful property. The accommodations were nice, high quality furnishings and linens. There were a few safety concerns. 1) the farmhouse staircase was not built to code, the steps were narrow and steep, but most importantly the lowest step was about 3” shorter than the other steps resulting in a serious fall for one guest and several near misses. Perhaps glow-tape or more lighting would help. 2) the barn was spacious but not well lit at night. Also both bathrooms had claw-foot tubs for showers and with no anti slip or safety features there was a high risk of serious slips/falls. Everything else was as listed. Huge bonus was al fresco dining in the gorgeous herb garden! Location was perfect for our needs.
