Unfortunately, we’re not able to leave bracelets at the front desk, as the leasing office does not manage or serve our guests. That said, whenever there is no same-day check-out, we do offer the possibility of early check-in. While this option isn’t always available, it does allow guests to receive their bracelets earlier and enjoy the amenities, including the pool. Thank you as well for sharing helpful tips about delivery timing. Traffic can definitely cause delays during busy periods, and your insight will be useful for future guests. The additional guest fee after four guests helps keep pricing lower for smaller families while covering added resort costs, including recently introduced RFID bracelet usage per unit.
