Jasmin Studio Cotignac village

Studio apartment located in the centre of the village just a few steps from the main market square, shops, restaurants and village life. A quiet studio backing onto a private terrace and no through road it is a perfect haven to be in the centre of things and have prefect peace. Air conditioned, equipped kitchen, bathroom and towels and linens provided.

Cotignac village is a pretty, traditonal and beautiful French village surrounded by vineyards, rolling landscape with picturesque hikes & walks.

The space
Jasmin studio is a large studio with high ceilings, air conditioning and private bathroom. Located on the second floor of the house it looks out over the terrace below, a quiet street with no through road and the picturesques red tiled rooftops and stone house typical of the village.

Guest access
Guests have full and private use of the studio but they may also have access to a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Other things to note
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air con, all bed linens and towels, TV and wifi.

It is an ancient village house, newly renovated but without an elevator.
