Easy Short Term Stay

This location was great and the space was clean and simple. We enjoyed having the space and being able to walk through the club/neighborhood for exercise. I personally loved that there is a fan next to the bed. Made my sleep great! Please note: as a guest you do not have access to members bar/restaurant, but the Ritz Carlton is open to public for lunch and dinner.

Business Trip

Had a nice stay here during a recent business trip to lake oconee. Check in and everything was easy. The unit itself was great! There was a small kitchen with full size fridge which turned out good. The patio was great to sit out in the mornings, before the golfers got out for the day. Very quite neighborhood. The only thing needed was a trash can in the bathroom but other than that the unit has everything you need for a nice getaway.

Not what we expected

It was not really a one bedroom but rather a studio. It had no closet, no toilet paper, an ironing board but no iron, no tissues and a back french door that the lock was broken and didn't lock. The location was beautiful and nicely appointed. I think that it would be helpful to include a map of exactly where the ammenities were located. I did contact the owner regarding the lock and she sent someone to fix it eventually.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your stay with us and are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations. This property is an efficiency unit, and while it’s compact, we’ve worked hard to make it as comfortable and well-appointed as possible—allowing us to offer an affordable stay within one of the most beautiful and exclusive golf and country club communities on the lake. For future reference, the iron is located in the laundry area on top of the washer and dryer, and the ironing board is hung on the back of the bathroom door to save space. Extra toilet paper is stored in the cabinet above the commode, and we’ll make a note to include tissues as a helpful addition—thank you for that suggestion. Regarding the door lock, it does have a unique mechanism: the handle lifts straight up before turning the knob to lock or unlock. These locks are standard throughout this section of the community. We appreciate you mentioning this, and we’ll be sure to include a short video tutorial in our check-in instructions to make things even easier for future guests. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continue to improve the guest experience, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future.

Good location, wouldn’t stay again

Pots/pans/utensils not found until checking out. Bathroom floor rugs not clean, torn/ stained bedding but sheets were nice. No pillow case for extra pillow. Kleenex box would be good. Size of bed is full size?

The pots and pans are in the cabinet because the kitchen is small. We have tried to make the most use of space in the unit. The bed is a queen size bed just as advertised. I am not sure of a stain on the comforter, I apologize and we will get it changed immediately. Also not sure about the bath mats. There are extra sheets, towels, and bath mats provided in the laundry room for you to use. We also have our number in the notebook when you come in. I wished you would have called with any issues and we would have been right there. We did not hear a word. We do try and provide the nicest accommodations within a gated golf and country club community for $114 a night. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. We will try harder for a good guest experience.
