- Guests have a private access to the condo.
- Located in the heart of Orange Beach, The Villages of Mariner Lakes is a charming, gated community, insulated from the traffic, noise and crowds of the high rises, but conveniently surrounded by the best local restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and entertainment venues in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.
- Mariner Lakes Community Amenities include: Gated Beach Access & Reserved Parking (2 min drive to beach), Outdoor Pool, Basketball, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Fishing Lake, Picnic Tables & Shaded Gazebo.
Other things to note:
We LOVE our Orange Beach Oasis! And we love sharing our home, so others can experience it too! We take great care to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. To serve everyone at the same level, we request and require proper respect and care from everyone who enters.
A few important rules for you to consider before booking:
- No pets (no exceptions, per our HOA)
- No smoking ($500 min fee, STRICTLY enforced)
- Absolutely, no parties or gatherings of more than 8 people (no exceptions, per our HOA.)
- Must be 25 or older to rent. Drivers License required.
- Please kindly note that complying with the rules & regulations stated above entails signing a rental agreement upon booking, along with providing a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Most of all, remember, this is not a hotel. This is our home. Please only book with us if you and your guests will treat it well, as we would treat your home.
