Peacock on Park! 3 Bedroom Downtown Paso Robles

In the heart of downtown Paso Robles on Park & 17th, only a few short blocks from downtown, you’ll find this adorable historic heritage home. An original barn constructed in the late 1800’s, moved by mule and buggy to this prime location is now a stylish cottage with oodles of character & vintage charm. A welcoming open floorplan perfect for entertaining with extensive outdoor areas to relax & enjoy the centurion heritage oaks & extraordinary wines offered in this beautiful region of California.

Open floorplan with vaulted ceilings and a great room layout- kitchen, dining and living areas located conveniently together. Three bedrooms, all with private heating and cooling mini- split units to cater to individual temperature preferences. Full bathroom with shower/bathtub combo and modern flair. Laundry room with full-sized front load washer and dryer. Large corner lot with multiple seating areas for outdoor dining and relaxation. Plenty of off-street parking available along with amble open street parking.

The whole residence, front yard and back deck with parking on site. Home is on a large corner lot.

Downtown Paso Robles! Four blocks to restaurants, entertainment and wine tasting rooms. Two blocks from Market Walk. Open street parking as well as off-street parking available on the property.

Please keep in mind that Paso wines have a tendency to be high in alcohol content. It is highly recommended that you ensure you have a designated driver or make use of the following services:

- Uber/Lyft - Paso Robles has an abundance of drivers available, so be sure to download the apps to make use of their services.
- Destination Drivers - where a driver takes you out in your own car.
- Uncorked Wine Tours - our personal favorite wine tour company.
- Hop On Beer Tours - for a customizable tour that includes beer, wine, or distilleries

The mini-split system works best if not all units are used at once. Use the main unit during the day and bedroom units at night. Don’t set below 68- It can freeze the units out.

The host was responsive and accommodating, providing a nice guide book with recommendations. The space is comfortable, well appointed and in a walkable location to downtown. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dog with us.

Peacock on Park was the perfect base for our weekend in Paso! The property is great. Everything was very clean and functioned perfectly. Couldn’t recommend more. We look forward to being back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 
 the house is fully stocked, clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s a short walk to downtown and the neighborhood is quiet. We took advantage of the outdoor space in the front yard 
 love the chandelier hanging from the tree. Would definitely consider coming back.

My kids loved this home! My husband and I loved this home! It’s really cute and in such a great location of the town. We onion stayed one night, but we enjoyed every bit of it.

Loaded with Charm

We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the cottage! It was immaculately clean with updated and upgraded amenities. I loved that it was so light. We were in town for the Keith Urban concert and some wine tasting. It was a fabulous trip.

Great Property, Great Location

Lovely home with very nice amenities. Its in a perfect location to the downtown, easy walk to restaurants and the square. Also has very easy access to the 101. I would stay here again!

Wonderful home located not far from downtown. Check in process was easy and parking was onsite. The house was beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Large, beautiful kitchen will ample seating and cooking supplies. There was a large storage cabinet filled with extra towels and supplies. Owner was responsive and attentive to whatever we needed. We loved the home and will stay again on our trips back to Paso.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Peacock on Park was absolutely perfect for our stay. Great location, comfortable beds, and a beautiful setting (seriously the bathroom lighting is next level). We had a slight mixup with cleaning on our check in but after a quick phone call with Pauline and a cocktail outside, everything was resolved and perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Stunningly Beautiful

Peacock Place lived up to our expectations. It is stunningly beautiful, well appointed, and location, location, location! Downtown Paso Robles is a short walk. We felt at home our long weekend. Would def. stay here again.

Perfect Home in Downtown Paso

10 Absolutely adorable home just blocks from downtown. The pictures in the listing are spot on. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed in the kitchen to the bedrooms and more. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip to Paso Robles.

Wonderful property, and stay!

We spent our New Years here and it was perfect! The house is gorgeous and very clean. It has EVERYTHING you need. Beds are very comfortable, and location is perfect. Very easy walk to downtown. I love that it is pet friendly, our small dog loved it. I highly recommend staying here!

Charming Home

This house is so charming, nicely decorated and very clean! We were amazed at how well stocked everything was, from the kitchen pantry/cookware/bed & bath needs, etc
We loved that we could walk to town for dinner. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Appreciated all the attention to detail that made our stay so pleasant.

Best VRBO I've stayed in - everything you need!!

This adorable home was absolutely fabulous. It appears to have been recently fully renovated (kitchen, bath, flooring). Decor and furnishings all new and trendy. Home had everything you needed (kitchen, bath/linens, dish soap, bathroom shampoo/conditioner, paper products, hair dryer, cotton balls, etc.). Tons of onsite and street parking. And it's historic home so that added to the charm. I've never been to a better stocked VRBO ever! The location can't be beat - 3 blocks to the center of town. Check in was easy, owner was responsive. I had a question about the dishwasher and she answered immediately. If we visit Paso again, we will definitely be staying here!

Perfect place to stay

This property is so perfectly aesthetic it’s like living in a decor magazine but still functional- things actually work and are comfortable as well as looking nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s a calm place to relax but a short walk to the downtown area for dining, wine tasting, etc. Pauline was also very responsive, we asked for a replacement propane tank for the grill and she brought it the same day!For pet owners- the yard is not fenced in so a long leash was helpful to let the dog have some freedom while we were outsideFor coffee lovers- the pictures only show a Keurig machine but there was a French press and drip machine in the cabinets, also walking distance to several coffee shopsFor families- there is a pack and play and high chair to use, also tons of outlets so if you have a curious little one bring lots of outlet covers

Paso Perfection

You need to bookmark this lovely home as your favourite for Paso Robles. Peacock on Park was perfect for our overnight stay. Next time we will book longer and use this as home base to SLO and the coast as well as all the local wineries. Walking to restaurants and shops was 5 min away also. The home is perfectly appointed with all the necessities, blankets, linens and extra towels. All the fine design details offered such a comfortable and HGTV feel. Kudos to these owners for their ability to offer such a lovely home for all of us to experience. Run, don't walk to get here!
