In this extraordinary, newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, you and your guests will enjoy and soak up an abundance of natural lighting. Walking distance to downtown, this home includes top of the line kitchen appliances, a full washer and dryer and ample space for you and your guests. Get a great night's sleep in the master bedroom, where there is a king bed and a newly updated ensuite master bathroom. Your guests will sleep well too with a queen bed in one of the guest bedrooms and 2 bunk beds in the other. The 3 full bathrooms in this home all have walk-in showers. Also included in this beautiful home is a separate guest wing with an incredibly convenient half kitchenette and full bathroom.  Enjoy your evenings sitting outside around the firepit or on the new sofa in the TV room with a large flat screen. There is plenty of parking space, enough for 3 vehicles with a carport, as well as street parking. During the winter months, you can warm up with 8 zones of radiant heating and in the spring and summer months, stay cool with air-conditioning and you enjoy incredibly decorated outdoor garden! Master bedroom floor needed vacuuming before occupancy. Toilet needed scrubbing. I wish shower curtain is provided for the shower stall. Location is excellent and the house is spacious. Will still consider staying here in the futire.

Great layout and use of space. Comfortable beds.Could have used tools for the grill, larger water glasses and a griddle. Some of the light bulbs were out.

Great

Trash was left in the kitchen. The queen bed was falling apart. Slats were falling off and the center leg had to be screwed back on the bed. Otherwise the house was great. It was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Overall the place was spacious. 3 bathrooms a bonus.

Nice Property

The home was beautiful, however, none of the remotes worked, trees down in backyard and covering the fire pit that we planned to use with children and marshmallows.Spoke with Property Manager by email-could not reach by phone. After we left and returned home PM called and comped two days. Make sure you understand radiant heat as that was a major problem for us. Private guest bedroom heat did not work. Master bedroom room stayed too warm.

Great house, great location

Loved the property and location. Perfect for our large family with different areas of the house for people to hang out/ sleep. Only negatives about it were small: lots of loose things - I had to find a screw driver to tighten several of the door handles. Some of the remotes were dead (aaa batteries not in the house) dishwasher not properly installed and kitchen faucets all wobbly. One bathroom sink was completely clogged and I was only able to make it work with the toilet plunger.They need to send someone beyond thE cleaning crew to inspect things. All that said, the kitchen was well supplied and the place was cozy.

House was better than pictures. Only comments, master bedroom being right off the great room area with only a barn door closing made it hard to enjoy the great room while others wanted to retire. Bunk room was tight for 3 people. Dishwasher door could not fully drop down for loading

Property was neat and clean. Offered a peaceful and serene visit. Convenient location affords guests the opportunity to explore many areas of NM. Property manager was easy to contact. Highly recommend Casa Solana!

Great family vacation spot!

The agent bailed us out after Quail Run tried to ruin our first family vacation with the little one. This house is family friendly, close to everything and an amazing all around stay. We will be back!

Comfortable Home and Conveniently Located

My wife and I spent a week in Santa Fe. The house was centrally located which made getting to restaurants, museums and other points of interest extremely convenient. We appreciated the many amenities that the home provided. Overall the house was great but we did feel that it was not as clean as it could have been. It appeared that the cleaning was rushed as evidenced by floors that were thoroughly swept and a well bath towel left behind one of the bathroom doors. Our feeling is that this was a one off event and we do intend to use the house again during future visits.

Great location

Casa Solana was a great VRBO, with top of the line appliances. The back yard was great for evening dinners. Location was only minutes from Old Town Santa Fe.

Family vacation with Grandparents

As a family with two small children and grandparents in tow, the space was exceptional. The location was terrific, the neighborhood perfect for long walks with the kids, furniture and decor was fantastic for family time and so family friendly. Grandparents had their own space. House was beautiful and had such style. The Management company was receptive and easy to work with. We highly recommend this beautiful property.
