Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 10 guests. For groups larger than 10, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 15 guests) applies. This structure keeps pricing fair and reasonable for smaller groups while helping offset the costs of maximum occupancy.

Grand chalet over the mountain

This was a scenic, rustic, alpine house overlooking loon mountain. It was so convenient getting too and from the mountain and was an amazing property. We are so happy with this stay!!

Great for multiple families

The house layout was great for multiple families to enjoy. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and check in was easy. It is located near all Lincoln attractions. Great house and location.

Greg and his property were both amazing. He is quick with responses and had great communication throughout the trip. The house is in an amazing location with awesome amenities. Definitely recommend staying here with a group and would love to come up again.

Great house close to Loon

The house was just as listed. Great location right across the street from Loon, with an optional shuttle pick up in the neighborhood. The house was fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils, games, puzzles, towels. The owner was attentive and quick to respond to messages. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to other groups.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We love traveling and being able to share our space with others. We currently have 4 properties in the White Mountains and love being able to sneak away to the area whenever possible. We have been hosting since 2021 and love hearing from our guests about different traditions -some old, some new- and the memories you have made at our home!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Lincoln, NH (and Loon Mtn more specifically) is home to many memories for our family. My wife and I grew up enjoying visits to Clark's bears, the Ice Castles, and other Lincoln attractions. Our time at UNH brought us to Loon for dozens of ski trips, and our kids are now starting to catch the bug. Our home could not have a more convenient location and is in a quiet neighborhood offering much more space and privacy than some of the other options in the area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Aside from the location, our home is great for groups of all sizes. With a private hot tub and sauna on the property, and free access to the swim tennis and workout club we have your "at home day" covered. If you need some separation on vacation we have 2 complete living spaces between the main level and finished basement. With 4 showers everyone will be able to get cleaned up after a day on the trails, or get ready quick in the morning for a big event downtown (think weddings!). With 5 bedrooms and lots of new furniture everyone should have enough space to relax and get some rest when its time to recharge.
