Stunning California Resort + Infinity Pool

Ready to be WOWed!? We can't wait to welcome you to this California Getaway! It's perfect for your relaxing and fun-filled stay! The property is located in Woodside and is highly secluded with breathtaking views. The house is just what you need to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The home has received several improvements over the year: a pool heater, new movie theater chairs, desks & chairs for the bedrooms, and a Peloton Tread & Mirror Workout Studio in the gym!

There are plenty of restaurants in the area, but if you want to stay home, the house has an expansive kitchen and plenty of space for a group dining experience in-home. Sit back and relax in the Movie Room or get your adrenaline going over in the game/gym room, and when the sun is shining, check out the Infinity pool or sit by the Sand Volleyball Court next to the BocceBall Court! There's so much to do, and this house is the perfect place to host your friends and return to what's essential: having fun and soaking in the sun!

The whole property is yours, besides the security surveillance closet and our staff closet on the first floor.

Please reach out if you need anything; neither co-hosts nor will be able to assist you. There will be a key exchange and tour of the home upon your arrival and an inventory check-out process upon departure.

The neighborhood is quiet and secluded! There is plenty of space between you and the neighbors, so have fun, but always respect the space and people nearby.

Uber and Lyft will take 10-15 minutes to locate the house and pick you up, so plan accordingly. There is plenty of space in the driveway and garage, so bring your car if you want to save time!

The home is very secluded and at the top of a mountainside, so please be sure to DRIVE SLOW as people, children, deer, horses, and bikers are around every blind turn.
House Rules
Outdoor Cameras
24/7 cameras around the property's exterior, including the pool area. These are there for your protection as well as the property’s. Do not attempt to cover, disable, or tamper with the cameras in any way. Any violation of this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.

Damages
Kindly remember that this is a home. Please leave it as you found it and report any damages ASAP. Your hosts will go through the house after you check out to inventory household items and check for lost items and any damages. Damages will be documented and taken out of your security deposit. Any Lost items will be photographed and must be requested for return within 7 days.

Pool
NO JUMPING FROM BANISTER ON 2ND FLOOR or GUARD RAILS. This is VERY dangerous for obvious reasons. Any violation of this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.

There is no glassware near the pool, and please do your best to limit glassware in the pool area overall. However, there are hard plastic cups in the bar cabinet.

Do not leave children unattended. The infinity edge has a steep drop. Do not sit or stand on this ledge at any time.

Bathrooms
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH feminine products, trash, or disposable wipes. This will create an IMMEDIATE plumbing issue and could seriously affect your stay. We will not refund any stays affected by this.

Quiet hours
Please remember that you are in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 11 pm 6 am on weeknights and noon 7 am-7 am on weekends. No noise should be heard outside during quiet hours. Neighbors will report excessive noise.

Guests/Parties
This is not a party house! If your party is going to exceed 12, you must notify your hosts. Any unreported party that exceeds the maximum allowed guest will lose your entire security and, in extreme cases, will result in you being asked to leave the property. Please treat our home with respect!

Check-out Time
Check-out time is at noon on the last day of your reservation. Please note that this time is STRICT. This large property takes time to clean correctly, following CDC guidelines. Failure to vacate the property by noon will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.

Energy Conservation
Please help us conserve energy and reduce our environmental impact by reusing your towels throughout your stay and being mindful of turning off room lights when not in use. We (and the planet) appreciate your help!
