Proudly hosted by Hidden Valley Rentals, this inviting retreat offers a peaceful wooded setting with walkable access to the lodge, lake and trails. Other resort amenities such as the pools are only minutes away.

🏘 This property is located in a Homeowners Association (HOA); tenants must adhere to HOA rules (found in the guest portal & property binder)
⚠️ Any fines incurred due to tenant behavior will be collected from the tenant
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking marijuana is illegal in PA and is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside)
🤫 Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors — most properties are townhomes or condos with shared walls
🔊 Loud music or disruptive noise is not permitted at any time of day
🏊 Pool passes permitted for the number of guests the property can sleep, up to a maximum of 10 passes per property
📆 Long-term stays are plus utilities (winter only) and require a $1,000 security deposit
🐶Pets not permitted on furniture, must be cleaned up after and remain leashed when on the grounds. $100 per pet per stay for stays 14 days or less. Pricing varies for longer term stays. Max 3 pets up to 30lbs per stay.

Perfect for a quick weekend trip!

We stayed two nights (Friday and Saturday) and skied on Saturday. The condo is so close to the lodge it’s perfect for families with younger kids to be able to go back and forth throughout the day. Had everything we needed!

Family Snowboarding Weekend

Location was great! Could walk to slopes and lodge. Townhouse had plenty of space for three generations of family. Even though it was older, it was kept up well, and the throw back aura of the decorating was cool. The weekend was enjoyed by all.

What a perfect property for a ski weekend at Hidden Valley. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of extras that made it convenient. We had a great time.

We had a great trip and loved staying here! It was a great location- walkable to the ski slopes. It had everything we needed and more! The only critique we have is that many of the towels smelled like mildew/rotten towels and some of the pillows had gross spots on them. We would definitely stay here again though and loved everything else about the place!

The overall, the property was clean, spacious, and conveniently lo located. We had access to an ourdoor pool which was perfect for my family. All were helpful and kind. The kichen was well equipted with dishes, pots. Pans, and coffee maker. We all enjoyed ourselves.

How do I give more stars!?

Wow! What an amazing place to spend a few days with family. 2 min walk to the lodge. House was FULL of everything you would need. Pictures do this place NO justice. They added some very nice furniture upstairs and down stairs in the finished basement. We absolutely loved it here! If we go back to HV this is where we want to stay. HIGHLY recommend.

Spacious and Clean

This place was more spacious than the pictures show. It was also clean and very convenient. It had all we needed for cooking. Also had lots of glassware. It could use some updated furniture... not very comfortable. Also, it would have been nice if the deck had been shoveled in order that we could sit outside and enjoy the scenery. But great place.

Nice weekend get-away

This was a nice home base for a few days while exploring the local state parks. It had everything we needed, and we were even able to bring our cat. There were a few board games available. My kids discovered the fun of Twister. Only small hiccup: There is both old and new check-in information left out, but only the new info, which was the last one we found 24 hours after arrival, had the wifi information. It would be good to add this to the binder or get rid of the duplicate information that's older. It would also be nice to include it in the welcome information online.

We had great New Year and ski days

Everything was perfect and we were feeling like home. We were 6 people with 1 year old baby. There was plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. There us also Grill on the deck. It's 2 min walking to the ski lift. Beautiful view. Thank you ❤️
