This light filled Cape Cod bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of Castle Shannon, close to Saint Anne's T station, restaurants, shopping and schools. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home has been completely remodeled throughout! New gas furnace and cental air condition, plumbing, and electrical systems. New roof, gutters, insulation and siding. Interior has new hardwood floors, recessed lighting and has been recently painted. Eat-in kitchen has new granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Upper level has two bedrooms and shared full bath, with tile floor and custom tile shower. One bedroom has an IKEA Boaxel storage system that will support your storage needs. Lower level has a spacious bedroom, a second full bath and utility room with washer, dryer, utility sink and storage space. Recently rebuilt deck is great for outdoor entertaining.
