Bienvenue à de bons moments! Ce gîte de charme en bord de mer est parfait pour un groupe de famille de huit personnes ou moins. Good Times est un de quatre chambres, deux salles de bain maison à Kure Beach. Si vous êtes un fan de bois rustique et noueux avec une touche moderne, vous allez adorer cette maison!

Le salon en bord de mer est lumineux et spacieux, et mène à l'extérieur à la terrasse sur le toit. Il y a une douche froide en plein air chaud / et accès à la plage privé et clos. En plus d'être en bord de mer, Good Times est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la jetée de pêche Kure Beach et un court trajet en voiture de la Ft. Musée historique de Fisher, le champ de bataille de la guerre de Sécession et l'aquarium de NC.

Aussi tandis que dans la région, nous vous invitons à consulter la Carolina Beach Boardwalk, où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et les activités estivales telles que feux d'artifice, manèges et musique live. Suivre les pêcheurs viennent avec la prise de la journée à la marina ou dîner avec la famille. Faire des plans aujourd'hui pour rester dans la belle plage de Kure!

The cottage was very clean and cute. We really enjoyed the single level living space due to the fact that we have an adult with special needs and my wife is disabled. On that note I was slightly disappointed with the walk in shower in the master bedroom. In the pictures it shows an ADA compliant shower. When we checked in the shower wand was replaced with a standard shower head. The private boardwalk to the beach was great. We loved the tile work throughout the cottage and the outdoor shower area. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We had a great week at this beach house! The location is wonderful, right on the ocean with easy access to the beach, which made coming and going throughout the day so convenient. The enclosed outdoor shower was especially nice for rinsing off and cleaning up after a day in the sand!The house is older, but it is still very nice, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals at the house, and the beds were very comfortable!As other reviews have mentioned, we did see quite a few palmetto bugs, but that is pretty normal when staying at the coast. If you’re someone who doesn’t do bugs , I definitely recommend keeping some spray handy!Commutation with the realty company was good!All in all, this is a great oceanfront location for a relaxing week at the beach, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

Very comfortable and well-appointed home for our family's Thanksgiving Holiday getaway. Beach access is easy from this oceanfront home. The location is great with fishing pier, restaurants, Fort Fisher Historic Site, Aquarium and shopping all within a short drive.

Highly recommend

Well maintained older house. Exceptionally clean, kitchen has all the necessities, plenty of room for our party of 6 adults, good beach access. Somewhat dated but very comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

This is a nice little house with private beach access. My parents are not super agile due to health problems, and they needed support on the walkway to the beach and on the stairs to the rooftop. I would have liked to have the umbrella on the rooftop (we found it under the bed) but it was very heavy to carry up there and we were unsure if it would be safe in the wind. This house is probably best for younger people with no walking difficulties. The large dining room was nice for playing games and doing group activities, as well as eating meals. The kitchen is small- so only 1 or 2 people should work in there at a time. There were not cabinets in which to put the food we brought, but we found places to stash items. Also we had an extra bedroom so we put a lot of stuff in there when it was not in use. Bryant Realty was wonderful and very responsive to our communication.

Family gathering

The location was great! Great eating spaces. Beach was not heavily populated even on a Saturday. Great place to hang with family. Only negatives was the musty smell and the darkness from the dark paneling.

The house was all we were hoping for! Much larger inside than we thought. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and roomy, the bed was comfy, and the living room was cozy. Loved spending time on the beach! The view from the upper deck was fantastic, but we didn't spend any time up there (we went to the beach instead). Our only complaint was the neighbor to the south... they were up late and very loud! We could hear their entire conversations even with our windows closed. That's not a reflection on this rental, just a reflection on them. We'd definitely stay here again!

Hi Jonathan- thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the roaches! The good news is that they were dead or dying, which means that, in essence, the pest control was mostly effective. However, we can certainly understand why that would be a huge turn-off. No one enjoys bugs where they aren't supposed to be. This is a wonderful home, though, which does undergo routine pest control. Great house & location!

Overall, we really loved this house! The location to the beach was awesome, and the rooftop deck was a favorite. Unfortunately there was construction on the huge house next door, and we woke up to hammering every morning. Obviously this won’t always be the case, and this house is such a gem & a little hideout. The size was perfect for us. We had some hiccups checking in as the property was still being cleaned and we weren’t able to get in until almost two hours past check in time. It was remedied with an extended check out time. We missed having a grill to cook, and the kitchen was a bit small but we made it work. We would definitely consider this house again :)

Decent Home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Owners were easy to work with. Check in/out was simple. Check out time was fairly early considering check in time is 3pm. The home could be updated a bit. Home was dirty. Found lots of dead roaches throughout the home. Also found a condom wrapper in one bedroom and used condom in another.
