You will absolutely LOVE vacationing here! Perdido Grande 301 has gorgeous views of the bay, sunset, and the boat slips (see the pictures for the actual condo views)! The condo is extremely spacious with lots of room.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Spacious and comfortable

We love this area of Orange Beach. The condo was really spacious and comfortable for the three couples in our group. Conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment and the beach. The view from the balcony was spectacular!

Wonderful condo with space and great views!

This condo is the nicest we’ve ever stayed at! It was very spacious, clean, and equipped. Our family enjoyed the views of the bay from the balcony, which was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The beach and restaurants were close by and the spacious condo had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the space overall, and it worked well for our family. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay.The biggest concern was the hot water. We only had lukewarm showers throughout our stay. Initially, I assumed it was because multiple people were showering at the same time, but that was not the case.There was also a minor inconvenience with several electrical outlets. In multiple rooms, the bottom half of the outlets stopped working, which limited where we could charge devices and plug in electronics.The property description also states that it is beachfront, but that was misleading. The property is actually marina-front with a sandy area. While the beach is only about a 10-minute drive away, having to drive back and forth was a bit frustrating when traveling with small children.The pool areas were decent, but it was disappointing to have a view of a much nicer pool area that guests at this property could not access.Finally, the beds were firmer than expected, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but these are areas that could be improved or more accurately represented in the listing.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views and Excellent Location

This condo was absolutely beautiful—so spacious that it felt more like a house than a condo. The decor was stunning, and everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. We especially loved spending time on the large, covered balcony with its peaceful views of the bay and the neighboring lazy river pool.We also really enjoyed the swimming pool and the sandy area by the bay, which was perfect for the kids to play and swim. It was such a relaxing spot for the whole family.Everything in the unit was in great working order, and we had no issues during our stay. The location was perfect—very close to the marina, which made it super convenient to launch our boat and secure a slip.We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to Orange Beach. We’d love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Love Perdido Grande

The condo was just as described. It was close to the Marina where we rented a boat for the day. Kids loved the pool. We enjoyed morning coffee out by the docks. There could have been a few more utensils in the kitchen. The only draw back was dirty floors.

A Lovely Condo

We loved being off the main road this time of the year. The location was perfect if you enjoy the quiet, especially during the busy summer months. The views were great, and the condo was well-appointed and comfortable. The only issue we had was that we were not given the gate code prior to arrival and could not access the complex. We were texting to get the gate code, but it took a bit. In the meantime, an employee drove up behind us and had us drive around again and she opened the gate for us and gave us a vendor code to use until we were given the code we needed. We were grateful! The only other thing we would recommend is that the correct picture of the pool for the complex is represented in the listing. The picture of the pool is for the complex next door and is deceptive. We were looking forward to those amenities, only to find out that was not the pool for our use. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool for this complex, but it does not have the lazy river, etc. Overall, we loved the condo, the location, and the ease of getting to everything the area has to offer.

Our stay was amazing! The place was spacious and clean and perfect for our two families. Everything was easily and clearly communicated on how to check-in and out. The nearby indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were great, especially on the couple of rainy days that we had. We would definitely stay there again! My one and only change would be firmness of the mattresses. But, that is my personal preference.

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, well maintained, decorated very nicely, and large enough for our family. My family particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. Our only issue was with the condo complex HOA. After going to the beach we left our beach gear in an alcove outside the condo to dry along with an adult and 2 children bicycles. They were out of the way but visible from the walkway. We thought it would be better to leave the wet, sandy items and the bicycles outside than to bring them into the condo. We were notified by the management company that the items must be removed immediately. After that we felt we were being watched by the other complex residents. Despite this issue, my family enjoyed our stay here.
