To complete check-in, we use a secure web-based system called Happy Guest. You’ll receive a link to complete a rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (not a deposit). This is similar to checking in at a hotel, but done online for your convenience. Please note that arrival instructions will only be shared once these steps are completed, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. You’ll also receive a personalized guidebook with home details, local recommendations, and updates like early check-in or late checkout when available. Feel free to message us with any questions!
