McCoy Peak #107 is grand in scope, yet sparingly designed to make the best use of the living space. A golden framed mirror adds a quality of depth and dimension. A decorative, floral-patterned side chair, a vintage leather ottoman and ârockingâ lounge chairs, together with a pair of autumnal-themed area rugs, creates an ambiance of old-world romance. The kitchenette is practical, accoutered with granite counter tops and backsplash, a double burner stove top and microwave/confection oven. There's a petite dining table for two tucked into a nicely situated nook. The enormous granite-stoned hearth and gas fireplace exude a sense of warmth, light and spirited splendor. A grandiose marble-tiled bathroom has his/hers sinks and both a substantive sunken jacuzzi tub and large stand-up shower equipped with bench.
