Inside, the residence boasts an array of accommodations, including a wet bar with an ice maker in the large, comfortable great room. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed and en suite bath featuring a shower and garden tub. It also has deck access! A second bedroom on the first floor features two queen beds and a shared jack and jill bath with the third bedroom which has a king bed and has access to the living room. Upstairs, a fourth bedroom awaits with two queen beds, an en suite bath, and a cozy seating area, providing ample space for family and friends to unwind.

Set off the street and beyond the Bonita Bridge, 395 Tarpon Boulevard offers added privacy while still providing easy access to the island's amenities. With two beach accesses just steps away, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds - a secluded retreat with proximity to the action.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
