Cette fantastique maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est sur un seul étage. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux et un flux facile, il a une grande cuisine bien garnie pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Il y a trois salles à manger, deux grandes tables à manger et 4 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine.
Après une journée ensoleillée à la plage, revenez et profitez de notre terrasse spacieuse et de notre véranda grillagée. Détendez-vous avec votre boisson de choix et écoutez votre musique préférée sur le système Bluetooth. Pendant la cuisson sur notre nouveau gril à gaz Kitchen Aid, il y a une grande glacière que vous pouvez remplir avec vos boissons préférées.
La grande salle, qui s'ouvre sur le pont, dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat de 65 "pour votre visionnement. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de 3 lits superposés avec des matelas simples et il y a des chaises pour enfants pour regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux vidéo. Il y a un grand porche avant avec des chaises à bascule pour votre plaisir. Prenez un livre et détendez-vous.

Les cartes d'agrément ne sont pas incluses dans la location, vous pouvez acheter ces cartes chez nous, pour 50 $ par personne, pour toute personne de 13 ans et plus, pendant la saison, du Memorial Day au Labor Day. Après la fête du Travail au Memorial Day, ils sont de 35 $ pour un séjour de 4 nuits et de 25 $ pour un séjour de 3 nuits.
Les cartes d'agrément sont utilisées pour toutes les installations du Fripp Resort, les restaurants,
7 piscines, tennis, 2 terrains de golf et aire de restauration.

Thank you so much for accommodating us. The house was beautiful clean, wonderfully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable and the two golf carts were great. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and we played the fun games in the garage. We hope to be back again.

Fripp Island 2025

We enjoyed our stay @ Fripp Island this year. House was a great size and having the golf carts was really nice to get to the beach. All the utensils you will need to have wonderful meals! We look forward to coming back!

The house is roomy and open. The screened in porch is comfortable and relaxing. The golf carts made the stay and getting to the beach so much easier. Great house and plenty of space.

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Just what we needed

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

A trip to Fripp.

The house where we stayed was wonderful and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our grandchildren love the recreation room downstairs. The adults enjoyed it also. We are looking forward to going back to the same house this summer.

Fantastic Home

Just as advertised, extremely clean, the oversized extra refrigerator in garage area is a plus for multi families. Sam is extremely accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back !

The Wear-House

Really enjoyed our second stay at "The Wear-House". Good location, excellent kitchen, game room downstairs, outdoor grill, and the golf carts. Very nice additions since our last stay, were the extra refrigerator and freezer units downstairs. Also the two fans added in the play room were great on the hot days. Have already booked for next year.

Great House

We really enjoyed the home. It had everything for all ages and everything was in great working order. We kept having to go back and forth on who was going and Sam was very patient with us. You will not go wrong renting this home. The area under the house is larger than it looks in the pictures.

Great stay.

The house was immaculate and better than advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made for a spectacular family weekend cooking and catching up. The golf carts were a great bonus and wonderful way to tour the island.The game room was a blast. Sam was was extremely responsive and super helpful with all our minor questions. Fantastic house, great service. 5+++ stars!

Excellent!

Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. Two golf carts are key to not forcing me to spend extra money with additional rentals. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

This large house is on Remora Dr. Which is a quiet area of the island yet just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. This unique house has the eleventh hole fairway in it back of the house. The house sits back on the property far enough and still enjoy the front porch and watch what is going on out front.

This house is fantastic with 2,900 sq. feet of living space. The openness of the floor plan makes it very comfortable for all to enjoy. The owner of this house has made it stand out from all of the other properties. The game room has many games for adult competition and also for the children. There is a large screen porch for dining and relaxing. Also in the backyard is an area that has a fire pit and a covered seating area to get away from the main stream of the house. The kitchen is to die for with all of your cooking needs. There is an elevator in the house for those that may have a difficult time going up and down steps. Once you get to the main floor you won't have to leave. Everything is there on that floor. It has what what we call the bunk room that can sleep 12 people. There are three full size bunks with standard size mattresses.
