Welcome to 125 Ocean Creek, a custom-built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat that captivates guests with breathtaking marsh views and a truly unique Lowcountry design. Nestled in a serene natural setting, this home features a charming courtyard layout that thoughtfully separates the living and entertaining spaces from the private sleeping quarters—perfect for both relaxation and gatherings.

The right wing of the home is designed for entertaining and showcases an open-concept gourmet kitchen, dining area, and family room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a double oven, tiled backsplash, two dishwashers, and a stand-alone ice maker built into the island, which also offers seating for up to three guests. A conveniently located half bath is easily accessible off the kitchen.
The living and dining areas flow seamlessly together in an open floor plan, highlighted by a large sectional sofa, expansive windows, and direct access to the back deck perfect for indoor-outdoor living. Upstairs, the loft area provides an inviting retreat with a wet bar, mini-fridge, and queen-size sleeper sofa, making it an ideal space to unwind, entertain, or simply enjoy the scenery.

The left wing houses the private sleeping quarters. On the main level, you’ll find two spacious guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with two queen beds—connected by a well-designed Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This spa-like bath features two private water-closet rooms, each with its own vanity and bedroom access, along with a shared tiled walk-in shower and a jetted tub located centrally between the private water closet rooms.

Upstairs, a third guest suite offers a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower tub combo, which is also accessible from the hallway for guests staying in the loft area. Just down the hall, the stunning primary suite sits marsh-front, boasting commanding views of the Fripp marsh, Skull Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. This peaceful retreat includes a king-size bed, private wet bar, a small private deck, and a well-appointed bath with double vanities, a jetted tub with tiled surround, and a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is just as impressive. Relax on the expansive screened porch—perfect for catching evening breezes—or host memorable cookouts on the large rear deck with the provided gas grill, all surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the marsh. From the front porch, guests can also enjoy views of the Ocean Creek Golf Course, completing this home’s exceptional setting.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to the Food Court for some ice cream!

Also included with your rental are up to 12 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including tennis and golf courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
