This property is conveniently close to several popular attractions including local marinas, golf courses, and parks. Visit Lakeside Park, Hidden Falls Adventure Park, and Longhorn Cavern State Park, all of which are found within 20 miles of your door.
Inside, this light-filled home boasts a soaring ceiling, walls of windows and glass doors, and exquisite comforts from top-to-bottom. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, contemporary kitchen and then dine at the intimate breakfast bar, the nearby table, or alfresco on your furnished patio. The main living area is furnished with plush sofas and includes a TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts.
Spend your evenings out on the patio, gathered around the propane fire table with glasses of local wine in-hand.
This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
