We are working with the Town of Snowmass Village on this issue as they control the parking lots. Great location for ski-in ski-out. The restaurant, pool and hot tub, front desk, and driving services were excellent. The unit was small, but that was expected given the description in the listing. The only negative we experienced was the sleeper sofa. It was broken, would collapse into the couch when being used, and would not fold back into the couch during the day. The staff indicated replacement was needed, but that obviously wouldn't happen while we were there. Overall, the property (Timberline) was great, but the specific unit needed a little improvement.
Loved the property and the staff. My only issue was a few items went missing. When housekeeping came to address the issue, they were laughing because I was putting dirty laundry in a garbage bag. I can see where it would be a simple misunderstanding but why were my husbands clothing removed and only mine taken?
Overall, I would return and recommend the property! Just don't put your dirty clothes in a garbage bag!

A great place to stay, with an unexpected twist.
I've stayed at this property 2-3 times before. Timberline is my favorite place to stay in Snowmass. The small slope-side lofts work well for my family. There are only a handful of lofts, I've stayed in 3 or 4 of them. I like this one because of the day bed in the living room - with our family of 3 no one is sleeping on a fold-out couch. I booked this with HomeAway because I knew from experience that Timberline will move you between units if they need to. I wanted to guarantee I got this one. Imagine my surprise when I ended up being directed to Timberline for the reservation, not Home Away. If I'd wanted to book with Timberline I could have. Indeed, I often receive a small discount as a repeat customer. Instead I ended up paying a bit more and still didn't have the guarantee that we'd get this unit. Next time I'll go direct. I don't think it is right that Home Away lets folks advertise "commercial" rentals as though you're renting from a private party and then they switch the terms. It cost me about 10% extra on the rental.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
