We’re also so glad you enjoyed the pool and hot tub which are definitely guest favorites! We appreciate you bringing the bathroom lighting and bathtub drain to our attention. Since your stay, we have replaced the light bulbs with brighter ones to improve the bathroom lighting experience, and we are working with the owner to address the drain thoroughly and ensure everything is functioning as it should for future guests. It's disappointing to hear your starter coffee supply was missing. Had we known during your stay, we would have happily delivered coffee the same day or first thing the next morning. We always welcome the opportunity to resolve concerns in real time so that your stay can be as enjoyable as possible. We truly value your repeat business and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both the guest experience and our processes.
